I came here with my friend cause she had something in her tire. They was very rude nasty talking and trying to dump. Talk to me because I’m a woman then this lady gonna come out here and say oh this is a permanent fix and she gonna have the nerve to say yeah you only can get three of these though so how is it a permanent fix and you only can get three of them on one tire that’s not a permanent fix it’s a temporary fix and I know what I’m talking about.

I had a flat tire on my mb c400. The tire shop was recommended by mb repair shop. I didn’t expect to get it fixed today as I went there after 2:00. However as soon as I drove in the front, one of staff came to me to help. He found out that there was a nail on the tire and patched it. It was less than 40 minutes. I think the tire shop is honest and provides a fast service. I recommend this tire shop to anybody with a tire problem. I was very happy with their service.

I’ve read the reviews and I still have them a chance as a business owner I own you can’t please everyone.. and everyone doesn’t have common sense lol I would recommend them because they’re down to earth people and straight forward.. And that’s my kind of people!

It's an exemplary place where employees welcome and treat customers with respect. Furthermore, they work well and in record time. Yesterday, I had a very good experience which leads me to have much more regard for them because they prioritize the well-being of their customers over greed.

City tires is a Life saver needed a run flat tire and other shops wanted to charge me $150 for a used tire what in the world!! Called city tires and they had my size for $65 + taxes and tire is in excellent condition!!! The guys were very nice and helpful…

If I could be honest and say that all you need is a little patience.
I always like to give smaller shops a chance before going to bigger, franchised places because 1. This shop gave me a full detail on what they recommended with tires and balancing and then let me know EXACTLY what the price was (no gimmicks. Or added nonsense) and from there I found determine what was best for my wallet.
2. I could ask the workers questions about what was going on or what they were doing to my car because honestly I don’t know jack about cars so I try to gain some knowledge.
I’ve been there twice and both times Desiree was at the counter and she answered all my questions about pricing. I know I was a little (okay ALOT) of annoying but she answered everything.

The staff there has Poor customer service skills. Most of them are very rude. If they sense that you don’t understand their language, they will disrespect you in their language. They will stop working on your car just to start another job while you’re waiting on them. They’re will even ignore you when you try to speak to them.

Extremely disappointed with this tire shop. The staff were rude and tried to install tires on my car that I did not choose. There was no honesty or transparency in their service, and I felt pressured rather than helped. I will not be returning and would caution anyone looking for a trustworthy tire shop to look elsewhere.

City tires is a good place, they give good prices for tires, as well as for alignments and oil changes, they work at a fast phase the guys are very experienced , everyone here is very nice and kind amazing customer service . I got 4 new land spiders for the price of 460 all installation , balanced and free alignment, in the office they receive you with excellent service , the boss is also very nice and respectful. I recommend this place .

They told me wheel alignment was $125. After they already had my car, they told me the back would be another charge. I asked the owner why he didn’t tell me before, since I could’ve gone to a different place and done it for less. His answer? “When you go to a restaurant and say you’re hungry, do they tell you everything on the menu? For us it’s the same.”
That’s how they justify scamming people.

Don’t waste your time coming here, clearly most reviews should be fake, read the bad reviews and you will see the truth. Came here for a simple installation of 2 new tires i had, they were busy, i patient wait for 1 hour, I don’t even know if the job was done correctly even the tire pressure didn’t know if was correct i just head the leave, after a day driving realized bad balancing clearly was done, came next day and they were to busy to attend me, told me to be here early next day, i said I can’t for my job, came at 5:20pm they close 6pm, said they can’t attend me again, next day i was at the shop at 8am, 8:10am and shop wasn’t open, 8:12am they start arriving but told me i have to wait for the cashier, 8:20am not cashier still, one of the workers decided to attend me and of course told me is nothing wrong and he knows for sure is not a balancing problem, he is right and i’m wrong, but he will help me with bad attitude. Guys we are paying for a service, this not free, learn to treat your clients, money doesn’t fall from trees.
