Second visit today, for them to fix what they had already not done correctly the first time (my hair was red prior to this color change and I understand that it is very hard to get red out) But being PROMISED not once but twice to get what I asked for and receiving a WORSE result is not okay. I have about 4 colors in my hair at this moment, nonetheless they freely let me walk out CRYING because of how unsatisfied I was infront of a full salon of men and women. Also one of the ladies who work for the salon who had helped out the first time agreed that this is not what I asked for as well. They asked if I’d like to come back a THIRD TIME… to be quite frank in not sure anyone in there right mind would go back for a third try while involving bleaching the hair.. Jose did my hair he is a very nice guy but this is horrible to let a client walk out crying and look like this …. Let alone not even STYLE the hair, left my bangs flat for a second time. I showed hair inspiration the first visit to show exactly what I wanted. The second time Jose and I had a clear understanding of what I wanted. This time was horrid, atleast last time I could bare the way I looked but this time it’s so bad it’s pretty embarrassing. Another 2-4 weeks of suffering with horribly looking hair so I can let my poor hair breathe. Long story short don’t make promises you can’t keep. (Last picture is inspiration of what color I should have walked out with plus some highlights). 1 star if any… they lost what could have been a long lasting client.

I went for natural makeup and I didn't like how it turned out at all. I don't recommend this place... They put some eyelashes on my friend and they fell out in less than 20 minutes.Service: Makeup services

Wow Jose is amazing!! As someone with big thick hair, he was able to straighten it with just a blow dry in under an hour! He takes his time and is thorough in his work. My hair feels healthier and I keep getting compliments. Thanks again!

Jose and everyone there are honestly the best. My hair is very thick and curly and only Jose can straighten it fully within an hour. Also when i toned my hair red, the color faded and i called them asking him what i should do and they rescheduled an appt and fixed FREE OF CHARGE that same week. 10/10 recommended.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

they ruined my life. i was trying to get a haircut for back to school. tthe barber there doesnt know english and he doesnt know how to cut hair. he was wathing a spanish live show while cutting my hir and he wasnt even focusing. he cut my hairline and the front of my hair is uneven . never go here dont reccomend he is dumbService: Haircut

Very good service and they charge reasonably for their work. Jackie was able to fix my hair after I had a bad haircut from a different salon. They don't have parking but it's in a good place so you can always park on the street.

Jose was so nice and accommodating to me as I needed a blowout on short notice. He did a fantastic job and was so nice! Definitely worth it!
