Union’s local Chase bank does get pretty busy, especially on weekends. It’s easy for employees to be unfriendly due to the busyness and the amount of work to do. However, today, Nathaniel (teller) surprised me with his professionalism and friendly personality. It was very refreshing to see a teller keep his cool, while working efficiently during the busiest day at the bank (Saturday). He was juggling multiple tasks, and yet not once did I feel like just another “number”—he made me feel like a valued customer. Double thumbs up for Nathaniel, and I wish the best for his career! More banks need people like Nathaniel.

I would not even given a single star to this location. Lazy people just wanted to avoid work and we had to go to another branch. They don’t understand if u don’t help customers they will just take their money out and go to other bank for good service.

Consistently one of the worst Chase Banks I’ve ever been to. I’m shocked it’s still open. Of the many issues I’ve had here, today really took the cake. I was told that the banker did not have time to notarize a document for me and that instead I need to make an appointment. As a public notary, I know that it only takes about one min to notarize a document. As a customer, I expect better, more comprehensive service and responses.

I went to pay off my lease and the bank. I was told by corporate that they send eveneything overnight ups. I was told to go to a teller, first red flag. 2nd red flag was the fact that couldn't find my account. The woman next to the teller said that only a mortgage can be payed off. The first woman I spoke to at a desk still needed to come and get involved, even though she was the one that told me to go to a teller in the first place.I mentioned that they can call corporate if they had any problems, and they didn't. They tried to cash the check there. I asked for my paperwork back. Called corporate and had them on speaker phone go explain to the bank how it was supposed to done properly.The lady said she will process the paperwork. I said no, and said I'm going to another branch because you don't know qhat you are soing and I came back so you can hear from corporate how it is supposed to be done.

Have very little staff and ATMs always broken out very sad for chase costumers such a big bank like JP Morgan with this kind of problems…

There’s no point on making an appointment since they don’t respect the time. Came 15 min early and still had to wait 15 min after my appointment to be helped. Understaffed and terrible service.

Sat down to try and open a landlord tenant account, and they said they didn't have any bankers there to help me today. This was the 2nd chase bank that I went to. Smh

They are professional, efficient and friendly while doing the best they can with a small staff. One important element of their service that I never experience from banks nowadays (especially one where I didn't actually have an account, just a car loan to pay monthly) is that there is a representative who always remembers my name, before I even give her my payment slip. We had one in person conversation and I usually go through the drive thru, but as soon as I pull up, she greets me by name. That simple yet super rare interaction makes all the difference

Honestly everyone at this branch is extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Malcolm. His customer service is above and beyond anything I've seen at a bank.
