I have my friend that I referred to Charles Moving and Storage Inc. for her relocation, and she and I couldn't be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. The movers arrived on time and handled all my friends belongings with great care, ensuring everything was securely packed and transported without any damage. Definitely will recommend again!

I had the pleasure meeting Charles at a personal event and we began a conversation about a nightmare experience I had with a moving company when I was moving from NJ to GA. This moving company was a true nightmare. They were storing my furniture until I had them move it to a GA storage unit. With this being my first move with a moving company Charles offered to help me with my move to GA. Charles offered and took complete control of my move when they delivered my stuff to a storage unit in GA and came to supervise the move while I had Covid. He spent ALL DAY checking each box and furniture making sure all were there and not damaged.
Now it was time to move into our new house he came to help as well making sure all boxes and furniture was placed in the appropriate rooms and also help set up our furniture. Again spending ALL DAY.
To show you the person Charles is he did NOT accept anything from me for his many hours he helped me.
If you are looking for an HONEST and caring person and company I 1000% recommend Charles Moving and Storage. He will care for your furniture like it was his own. You don’t need to look anywhere else. When I am looking to move again I don’t need to look anywhere else, Charles Moving is my company He will make this a stress free experience.

We needed a move from Philadelphia to Chicago. This was a difficult pickup and delivery in cities with narrow streets. Godwin and his team did an amazing job making sure we had all of the information we needed and were able to pick up in busy downtown Philly and deliver to the Chicago address ahead of schedule! I can't recommend them enough!

Godwin was tremendously helpful in picking up and delivering some material needed for a flooring installation. They were timely and responsive which helped me to complete the project on time. I'll be calling Charles Moving again and I'm happy to refer their services to my customers.

Godwin and his crew were amazing from start to finish. They moved our office from one site to another with extreme efficiency and professionalism. Their attitude was positive throughout the entire process, and they were quick without compromising on quality or care. The team worked from moment one for a long day's work and remained pleasant and productive throughout the entire day. Highly recommend this crew and company! June of 2021, I needed movers I could trust to pay close attention to instructions while I coped through a very difficult family event. Charles Moving & Storage was referred to me by my cousin who is a long standing real estate broker. There are not enough accolades or words to express just how pleased I was with the ease in which the packing and the 62 mile move took place.All items were perfectly wrapped and handled. The crew was very polite and understanding of the situation, and I simply could not have been better accommodated, I even had to insist on two 10 minute breaks because the crew was so focused on meeting the time restraints we faced. Our day was finished 2 hours before the time I was quoted.I'm sorry it took a year and change to post this, but it took this long to get past the issues we faced a year ago.Thank you Charles Moving & Storage! You were all worth much more than the final bill.

I hired Charles Moving for my first move ever, and I will never use another company for my future moves! Godwin and his team were AMAZING on my moving day, and Joe was great to work with to coordinate the moving services. All were super responsive to all questions that I had leading up and were reassuring through the entire day. Godwin & team told me to relax and don’t worry because they would take care of everything - and they did! I moved into a 4th floor walk up and the team took extreme care to move every one of my items up perfectly, and without a complaint. They completely took my stress away that day with their professionalism and positive attitude. I will recommend this company and team to everyone I know who needs a mover because I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Godwin and Marcos were the team for my move. They did an amazing job, with some very heavy items. Everything was packed and moved carefully. Godwin called the day before and morning of to give me a time estimate. They were very courteous and thoughtful. they arrived wearing masks, which I appreciated a great deal. They worked efficiently and asked questions that helped the transition of furniture from one place to the other. I highly recommend them, and especially Godwin and Marcos as a team.

Moving with Charles Moving & Storage was a breeze! Charles and his team were efficient and careful with all my items. Everything was wrapped and placed exactly where I wanted once I moved. I will definitely be calling this company again if I need to move in the future.
