Orders a barbell rack and all the screws were the incorrect length, making the assembled product unstable. Hoped to get them to ship me new screws of the correct length, but they required I ship the whole product back.

Found this place while looking for weights on Facebook marketplace. Good prices, with the barbell weights at $1 a lb. It's actually a warehouse but has a small section where you can browse the weights. Looked like there was a variety of equipment including dumbbells, machines, barbells etc. It does take a little time to do the transaction as they probably do not do too many retail sales but its worth it for the savings.

Hey they open at 8am..yes you have to backup from the street..if you arrive before 8am open your door and backup to any dock..local people going to work will blow their horn at if you blocking the street to backup to the dock..lmao

Bought entire set of 150 lbs, but got incorrect set - 2 sets of 25 but no sets of 10 or 15s. Very difficult to get in touch with customer care.

I couldn't be more impressed with this company. Not only are their products great (my weighted vest is one of my favorite things I own) but their customer service is next level. I had an issue with a product I purchased and Nicole went above and beyond to promptly solve it. This is my go to company for all things fitness.

Bought a Black finish olympic barbell on Amazon, turns out the black finish is literally just black spay paint. The knurl is filed with paint, the bar was chipped and scratched and the bearings spit out rust. Trash.

Never purchase items from this company. I placed an order in April for a weight bench set and once the box was opened, I realized it was missing an important piece in order to make it functional. I immediately requested the replacement part be shipped, but I am still waiting 2 1/2 months later with no ship date in sight. Customer service is a zero. They are not responsive by email and the phone number is an answering machine. They will not refund my money nor provide shipping cost to send entire unit back. I am stuck with a pile of unusable junk that cost over $300 while I wait for a part that will supposedly ship “one day.” Lousy company. Buy elsewhere or expect junk.

Ordered 100 wts on 11/11/18 for g-son's Christmas present. Entire order come damaged. Weights were dented & even sliced. Iron post were bent. Pk of hardware was busted open. Washers were everywhere. Some missing. Entire order pkg poorly. Called company. They said they sent out new order. Order has never arrived as of today! Please don't purchase Cap Barbell products!!!
