Terrible customer service. I understand lines are long but the attitudes of the cashiers and floor workers don't help an already rough situation. Plus no bathrooms. Drive a little further out and save yourself the headache.

Burlington! Not as organized but if you look closely, you will find what you are searching for.. my BIGGEST concern is the customer service!! The tall dark skin lady, Terrible!!!! Very terrible!!!! She should be in the back office sorting merchandise. Or better still, go for an INTENSIVE customer service training. I love Burlington, but She treated the customers with disdain!

Do not apply here. Initially I applied online and was selected to do a phone interview. I never received a call at said time and I waited 15 minutes after the time as per the email. I called them to see if they could interview me and supposedly no one was available. I also inquired inside about the position a few days later and the security guard said he would get the manager for an on the spot interview, I waited 10 minutes and was never seen.I reapplied about 2 weeks later and was told to schedule a phone interview and once again, never received a call. I called in to see if the hiring manager was available to do an interview and waited 19 minutes, just to not be interviewed because the hiring manager never answered the line. An hour later I receive an email saying "We appreciate you taking the time to interview with Burlington Stores. While we were very impressed with your credentials, we have decided to pursue other candidates whose skills and experience are a better match for the requirements of this position." I was never interviewed for the position. I do not know how people are even working there if this is how their hiring services are.

The selection here is pretty good. They are well stocked with a variety of items at affordable prices. I did notice the soap I normally buy has increased in price since my last visit, definitely keep an eye out for those sort of changes. 3 stars because they have no public bathroom. The bathrooms all have codes over them. I had to keep my trip short because of that. You have to be extremely careful leaving the parking lot because there is construction on RT 22 that makes it even more difficult to merge than the usual.There are many diverse languages spoken here, but ASL isn't one of them. There's plenty of room for wheelchairs and the carts carry a lot of space.

Super slow registers and ignoring management. Manager was no help when confronted and don’t know the basics of managing a store. Two register serving at least 50+ long queue. 50 min in line.No Burlington for us anymore ?

I visited your Burlington Coat Factory location on Wednesday, the 13th, at approximately 8:50 am. My purpose for visiting the store was to exchange a pair of shoes that were too big for my son. While I was in the shoe department, I inadvertently stepped on a security pin, which pierced through my shoe and caused a painful puncture on the bottom of my foot, resulting in bleeding. I immediately sought assistance from your staff, and I requested some rubbing alcohol and a band-aid to address the injury. Regrettably, it took nearly an hour to receive the necessary first aid, causing my brief store visit to extend into a two-hour ordeal. To make matters worse, an additional 30-minute delay ensued as I waited for an incident report to be filed. This unexpected turn of events not only disrupted my schedule but also necessitated a trip to urgent care for a tetanus shot. Consequently, I had to miss a full day of work, which was a direct consequence of what I perceive as negligence on the part of your company. In my effort to address this matter promptly, I have reached out to your corporate office, leaving three voicemails, but regrettably, I have not received a return call from your team. This lack of responsiveness only compounds my disappointment and frustration. I must emphasize that my experience on that day was marked by extremely poor customer service, and I believe it is essential to bring this incident to your attention in the hope of preventing similar occurrences in the future. I kindly request that you investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of your customers. Additionally, I would appreciate a prompt response to this to discuss the steps your company intends to take to address this matter. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. I look forward to hearing from you and hope for a swift resolution

Worse store and customer service ever!!! 3 registers open and when management was confronted .. they ignored but saying we are short staffed but had workers On ThE FlOoR and said floor was more important to take care of leaving us in line from 410-455!!!!! Horrible people. Need people to work there who understand customer service is priority. No need for a one hour wait in line to buy a few items.

this is the worst burlington in NJ to be honest… no bathrooms!!! (very unsafe) AND a line that wraps around the store and takes an hour to get to the front!! pick a struggle!! horrible ? to make matters worse the whole store is a MESS

Shoppers wait time to get to the cashier is more than one hour. I have been on the line for 50 minutes now and I am just half way through. Only two cashiers are at the checkout counter while one is sorting out hangers

This is one of the most poorly run Burlington stores.The shelves are poorly stocked, nothing is in order. There are misplaced items all over the place and they never have adequate staff coverage.There are 11 check out stands but only 2 employees assigned to ring up customers. The lines are always sickening and the employees are frustrated and worn out!!!With all the money Burlington pulls in you would think they have enough funds to hire cashiers for at least 5 of the 11 registers.

Currently standing in line, which is literally wrapped around the other side towards the men section. There is only one cashier working, and they're closing registers. Make it make sense. Customer service is non existent and there is no excuse for this level of service. I shop at Burlington frequently and, no other has lines like this. At minimum, managers should be jumping on the to assist, but clearly that's of no importance. Maybe it's time to invest in quality associates so your not short staffed. Or maybe train the ones you have on multiple functions so they can act as back up. I would recommend driving 20 mins south to the Linden store or even north to Morris Plains and skipping this location entirely. There is no reason anyone should have to wait over 40mins to be checked out.

Totally messy, dirty, you have to wait in lines for up to two hours and to top it off they don't have bathrooms for the public, there are no employees where you can ask a question if you need something and the cashiers take time as if there were 3 customers. I had gone before and nothing to do with this time, as an experience? awful. I will not come back. ?

If I could give a negative rating I would. My recent shopping experience was just terrible. Literally was standing in line and as always lines were very long, and I happened to start to have a medical emergency and of course I asked to use the restrooms because I needed to give myself insulin but of course their restrooms are closed off to the public something terrible could of happened to me. I was spending my money at Burlington but there solution was I had to go Lowe’s and I wasn’t even spending money there. People come for the shopping experience and great deals but this was the just the realization for me that I would not be coming back to shop at Burlington me or my family. Burlington do better. I support business’s that supports there customers.
