My wife and I bought a car from Brookside Motors. The price was fair and the car was in terrific shape when we drove off with it. The process of buying the car was as easy as it could possibly be as well! Definitely recommend!

I must say that I never thought I would go to a small dealership but a friend told me about Brookside Motors and how he bought a car from them a while ago and it was a great experience. So I went by and met Fernando and he was just amazing. I told him exactly what I was looking to spend and he was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. I recommend this dealership if you want pure honesty. Thank you Fernando for your understanding and cooperation. AMAZING

We had such a pleasant experience purchasing our car from Brookside motors today! Fernando allowed us to test drive three cars till we made our decision! He gave us an out the door price before asking about financing or trade in! No hidden fees or surprises! I highly recommend this dealership and will be back in a few months to purchase a car for my daughter! Thank you so much guys??????

One of the worst. Sold me a car with a bad motor burning oil rapidly. I brought it to him & he sold me on “oh we just did an oil change my guys must have not put enough oil, it would never burn that much oil.” Just so that some time would pass & i’d no longer be able to bring it back. 6 months later ive spent more than a car payment in oil.Then sold me a warranty that refuses to fix it. Also hid damage with fake cheap paint that is now faded & noticeable. Now they’re telling me the car is worth half of what he sold it to me for not even 6 months later!

So I am not a huge review person but I couldn't not write one after my experience here- I Could not recommend this dealership more!!! I always hated car shopping but with my most recent car I came to Brookside Motors and the entire experience was so effortless. My lease was ending and I needed a new and slightly bigger car and the Sales Manager, Fernando actually personally reached out to me when a car that met all of my qualifications came on the lot. There was zero pressure to buy the car, he simple sent photos and let me think about it and come in to see it when it was convenient for me. I loved the car and was ready to buy it on the spot but had to wait a few days for official paperwork and finishing touches. In those days, Fernando reached out to me to make sure I had switched my insurance, called my old car leasing company, all things I needed to do in order to buy my car (and to be frank I did not know I had to do any of those things). Not to mention, the price on the car I bought couldnt was by far the lowest compared to other dealership prices and the fees were a fraction of what other places charge. The entire experience was honestly enjoyable (and who says that about buying a car) and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my cars going forward

*Update dealer reached out and fixed and paid for the issue with my vehicle.
I just wish they would inspect them better before selling. Very disappointed as I was referred to them. I purchased my Jeep in September after not even 3 weeks 4wd light went on they took it to jeep to get it repaired had to pay out of my pocket for the deductible. Jeep had it for 1.5 months I get it back now there is an issue with the suspension and breaks which I need to take it to a mechanic to get it repaired. Some things are not covered which again I have to pay out of pocket. You call them and text them they don't get back to you. They make promises they can't even keep. Yes I absolutely love the car but it's nothing but a headache. They get these cars in but honestly they don't get them inspected or serviced. They told me they want all there customers to be happy I am very disappointed with them and will not refer anyone to them.
