The biggest mistake in car buying I have ever did. This car has cost me so much heart ache. My mechanic told me a while back this car needs a new engine sure enough it konked out and hasnt worked since. Now stuck, car payments still.

These people are a joke. I purchased a car not too long ago. They refused to give me the title. There are tons of hidden fees they ignore you when you try to get problems solved. They have no sense of customer service. Once so ever. Terrible place of business.

This company has no idea what customer service is. I called looking for a manager and the receptionist (male) said he's not here. We've been waiting all day for him to come in. They have hidden pricing, service department is HORRIBLE. Do NOT buy from here.

After reading numerous reviews, I came to this shop to have a used car inspected. Stacia Salmon were quick, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Stacia talked me through the items he found during the inspection, both good and bad. He was able to make me feel confident that the car was in good shape and that the issues they did find were minor. Stacia was able to give me a rough estimate for the repairs of the minor items. Armed with all of the information that Stacia Salmon bestowed upon me, I returned to the dealership and got a better deal on the car. Thanks Stacia Salmon! I've been a consistant customer here for years. Due to the staff and management treating me excellently each and every time I walk in through the door, I would never shop anywhere else. The dealership has a great selection of cars and is always able to provide outstanding interest rates when I finance. Wonderful experiences, highly recommended!

Getting a vehicle from Darren ,was a great experience! He made me instantly feel comfortable with buying a car here and was thoughtful to all questions asked. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport which I loved with all my life! The space, the design, the fuel economy! At the end of my time in New Jersey I returned the car back to Darren to sell on delivery. At all times, Darren was helpful and understanding and even gave me a ride after dropping off the car. I bought my car here in and out 1 hour tops. Great service. Ask for Darren he is a great guy won't lie to you and will tell you how it is. They ran my credit with two companies so my credit won't get hard inquiries and my score won't go down. I will definitely buy another car here. Go check it out I got a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport with very low mileage. Go go go don't think about it just do it get the car you deserve at Brilliance Auto. Tell them I sent you.

Worst experience ever! Told me car was available then drove two hours and they sold the car the day before. Unprofessional, unorganized, and was the scummiest place I have ever seen. This is not a dealership it's a run down home with horrible cars, don't ever ever buy from this place!

Ghetto, drove all the way from upstate NY when got to lot the car interior was a mess nothing like what they had online, the person showing us the cars had no knowledge of any of the vehicles on the lot, had to keep looking at their website, like I couldn't do that myself, they had different priced listed on cars vs what's on mobile site, cars seem as if they have been sitting on lot forever and they'll take whatever they can hustle people for. Price on car online was 11,000 got there and he said oh ignore the price that's on car out of curiosity I looked and it said 19,000, smh don't waste your time or money at this place
