Where do I start with the awful experience I had with bobs, I made a big purchase almost 8k in furniture, 1st the sales associate in nj screwed up my financing, he put the wrong thing they won't change it over the phone i had to come back on moving day which was a big inconvenience, next I took off the day of the delivery found out bobs got network issues they cancel my delivery without telling me I had take another day off no one knew when was my delivery coming then they didn't deliver everything n didn't tell me, took another day off they deliver the rest but 1 power sofa was defective another day off, next they charged me twice for delivery over 400 dollars I called n the morons said the guy was new n didn't know I had to cancel my credit card it was a mess, bobs is very expensive go to Raymore and Flanagan next time stay away from.bobs the furniture is very expensive with poor quality and poor English speaking customer service

The salesman Brian was amazing. His approach to us was on point. We didn't feel like we were at a car dealership to where you are followed around or force to purchase. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back. I will request for his service.

We needed an upgraded furniture for our living and bedroom, Bobs furniture didn’t disappoint, their salespeople were very helpful and knowledgeable, I forgot the name of the salesperson that attended to us, excellent customer service. My toddlers love Bobs furniture “oh my bob” lol.
while shopping, you could as well get yourself hot coffee, candies, chocolates, and ice cream. At Bobs, feel at home!!

Shopped at union store.
They dont leave you alone when you’re in the store. Then the day before delivery no one called to confirm. Website and phone lines are down. Forced me to drive to the store to check the status and they said delivery is still on but no time frame and you will NOT get a call before they show up. They wanted nothing to do with me. They got their sale and my money. Last time i will use bobs furniture. I will be stuck at home waiting and i guarantee my bed doesnt show up today.
One star only cause it wont allow me to leave 0 stars

I don't know where to start because I'm so unhappy with this brand. First of all, the quality of the furniture is really bad, we bought entire beds, tables, chairs, a carpet and furniture. Everything is bad, the delivery was made with mistakes in the choices and the furniture was assembled roughly, screws were missing on all the supplies. The prices are therefore high in relation to the quality and to top it all off we had taken out insurance for the carpet in the event of a stain, after asking them they sent a subcontractor whose mission is to only treat the stain at the risk of seeing a discoloration of our carpet on one corner. RUN AWAY, this is a brand that doesn't give a damn about the customer!!!!
