I love the sprays that I use around my home but I never ever thought my child would get cut so bad by just taking the top off. It slice her as if it was a knife and please you need to make it safer . Please parents the tops are extremely sharp .

I ordered a dining chair set online on December 23rd. I chose this site specifically because it promised delivery on December 28th, 2023. However, the delivery date has changed three times, and I haven't received any updates on when my chairs will arrive. When I contacted them, they mentioned it's an international order and requested 15 business days for delivery. If this had been communicated before I placed the order, I wouldn't have proceeded

We purchased a bed frame from Bed Bath and Beyond via Wayfair. We ordered the frame on 11/25/23 as we were moving and needed it prior to our move on 12/20/23. It was noted delivery would be 12/28/23. We decided that would be ok and would wait until the 28th. The bed frame was actually delivered on 1/5/24. A full week late. We understand holiday delays, but I had to call many times to try and see what was going on. No apologies for being late, nothing but it will be there when it gets there. The Enitial Lab staff were all rude again with no apologies. Though Wayfair is trying to revive Bed Bath and Beyond, we will NEVER buy from them again.

I made a towel purchase at this store about 2 months ago and I am so disappointed. I bought some sets of bathroom towels with their respective letters because I want them as gifts and it turns out that only one towel comes with the letter that I ordered, what a disappointment and to top it all off, the towels are of very poor quality.

i ordered 3 x 47.2 x 74 waredrobe armoires with lighting , 6 boxes i could barely drag into my house after building most of the cabinet and checking to see if all the parts are here 3 of the doors are bad , the frames are not completely assembled and the glass is loose in them, so i ask for replacement doors , they send me more boxes ,and guess what , still bad doors and the boxes are completely full of the rest of the parts i dont need , so i call and they want to send me more boxes just like i have , NO F-- N WONDER THIS COMPANY IS FAILING . ALL their PRODUCT IS FROM china , THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL ,THE SOONER THIS COMPANY IS GONE THE BETTER

The process of getting your refund is so broken. My account noted I have 3 free returns, I printed the label and return it, I received a message saying they got my return and issued credit, but I never received the credit in my credit card. When I called customer Service, they told me they can’t refund the credit to me because it’s being charge to the return label. Since I did it online, they cannot waive the shipping fee and my whole entire credit was used for the shipping charge. Is that ridiculous or what? The way they operate, no wonder BBB is out of business. Never will I ever buy from the website again.

I ordered something from them online since they merged with overstock. I tried to return it and I’ve been waiting on a return label for a month and half now. When I call customer service, I’m being told it’s handled by another department and to wait the allotted 3-4 business days. It’s been 16 business days now and I have yet to hear anything. I’ve called over 6 times and I’m told the same thing, yet they won’t put me in contact with the department that handles this. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I loved bbb in jcnj...the workers were polite and helpful! The store itself was pretty well stocked. Once I tried to buy something on sale and they searched everywhere and finally found what i needed in Puerto Rico...they had it delivered to the jcnj store even though it took some time, I still got the sale price!!! I'm really missing that store

How dare they send me an email advertising themselves again and asking me to patronize their business. After no longer honoring gift cards that thousands of people had, I will never spend a penny with you or any business you acquire. I lost hundreds of dollars in gift cards. I have a word for that! Greedy and unethical.

Merged with Overstock and went down the tubes. Overpriced merchandise, costly to receive and pay dearly to return. No customer service, chat bot or wait.... Save your money, buy from Amazon. They don't care.

My elderly father bought me a gift card for my birthday. They refuse to honor it because the company was bought out. So they stole $100 from my dad. When i reached out to CS they said they wont honor the card and ended the chat without me being able to respond.

The way we were treated in a store with someone on our heels as of we were taking items. But nothing in our hands. I feel like the gentleman that spent 600.00 dollars and had the police called on him. I'm done with racist stores.

Bed Bath and Beyond did not hire the best people. They turned down people that could have saved their company and kept them in business. It’s their own fault they are going out of business by their choices of corporate employees.

I get they are going out of business but that doesn't give them a right to mislead on product or sell something and it not be in the box and when you go back they say o well not there problem and won't refund or exchange. They are completely rude I had to make the head cashier lady call a higher up because they charged us more then what the sales lady said after scanning it. They said that they wouldn't give us our money back. When the higher up person Ron called she was telling him that she wasn't taking the item back and it was our problem. Ron told her to give us back the difference of funds and let the hassle go. Even if they weren't going out of business I wouldn't go back. Employees remember you have to go somewhere to work once they are closed down and I for one if I saw you working at a store I like I would avoid you like the plaque and let management know about your previous customer service.
