These people are very unprofessional. Made an appointment to replace my phone batery was told to come back in 1 hour. When i came back i was told to come back on another hour as my phone was not even worked on yet. Ask to speak to the manager (short guy) he was a rude jerk. Did not apoligize or try to help just made excuses that the had 4 phone before mind....i had an apoointment. I was not a walking. No reason for my phone not been ready or for them not to anticipate my phone was not going to be ready on time. They made me waste 3 hours between travel to and from the store and the 1 hour wait. Very unprofessional, i do not recommend this store.

The website states they recycle laptops amongst many other things so I showed up at the springfield new jersey location and the worker adamantly tells me they don't do that.

I don't know about all these 1 star reviews, but I had only positive experience. Got my phone screen replaced here. Got it done in 40 minutes, very polite stuff, all was good.

I needed to replace the light bulbs in my bathroom ceiling fan. Batteries Plus in Springfield, NJ had what I needed and at a very reasonable price. I was able to do a same day pick up and have my bathroom ceiling fan light working.

Walked in, stood at the counter while the bald guy was entering in some info. Literally stood there right in front of him waiting for him to finish, and not only did he not even acknowledge me, but still continued to talk to his co-workers and after he finished immediately just walked to the back office without even looking up.
Looking at a couple other customer service reviews here, you guys have a ways to go. How hard is it to say "I'll help you just a soon as I'm finished up with this."?
