I had a wonderful experience visiting this branch. Drew, the officer in the bank, immediately realised my urgency to finish my bank task and worked with me throughout the process swiftly. I was made aware of the requirements quickly and as I was furnishing the details, he cranked out the formalities with super ease and confidence. Drew's manager was a professional, and a pleasant lady to speak with. She helped iron out a couple of creases during the process. I am thankful to both of them.I truly enjoyed my visit to the bank and would be happy every time i would be going there thinking I am in good hands.

I have not used their customer services, but I have used their drive-through. They are okay. I usually go there to use the ATM. I might have to stop by to use their customer service, so I know what it's like. I have not done anything in the bank recently since everything I do with a bank nowadays is online.

My self, and my two adult daughters, all have accounts at Bank of America. Both of my daughters accounts were made when they were minors, so my name is attached to their accounts. We never bothered to remove my name now that they are adults. My younger daughter is mentally ill and got tricked on social media and ended up getting scammed. Her account went -$2300. I called Bank of America to file a claim, and to let them know she was scammed after a few weeks they zeroed out the negative account and closed it. , Which was fine. Today we realized that they went into my other daughters account and took the $2300 from her account! She had nothing to do with the scamming and it's only because my name was on all three of our accounts, and I didn't have enough money in my account. I guess so they took it from my older daughter. I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and neither me nor my daughters did anything wrong. We were the victims of a scam by some stranger and we are now the victims of robbery by Bank of America because they stole $2300 from my Daughter's account. There is so much more that I could tell you. I was on the phone for three hours the other day, trying to straighten this out with four different associates, and each one of them had a different story to tell me and none of them really made sense. today when I called I was given more miss information I'm disgusted and so angry! My older daughter had nothing to do with this and they had the nerve to go into her account and take $2300 because my mentally ill daughter got tricked online by some scammer. I'm telling everybody I know not to use Bank of America and I'll be all over social media with this as well. This is wrong.

Vinny opened a new account for my sister and he provided an Awesome customer service. He went above and beyond to provide care for her. I really appreciate him. He deserves recognitions for being extremely professional.

This is the best branch In North Jersey. Ask for Shenade Baptiste, she had to be the best banker Boa has. She is very helpful, passionate, and professional. You will not regret working with her.

although i do agree that sometimes there is a long wait, don't let that overshadow their senior banker Jeff (Joffe), who really goes over the top in providing service with a smile. He helped me open in account for my daughter a few months back. i was so impressed with his professional mannerism and efficiency that i brought my son there today for the same reason. we were greeted in 10 minutes, i informed him of my appt and in 5 we were seated, 5 before the appt time. i highly recommend Jeff, especially for parents wanting to open an acct for their child. he goes thru the whole process , sets them up and explains the process thoroughly. it is a real pleasure to work with him.

If I could give zero stars I would . Very Disappointing, walked into the branch Absolutely No One came to Help or even ask if I needed help. I waited for 40 minutes I then asked for help nothing pure discrimination. Lack of empathy or any other solutions from Jonathan the Manager . The Customer Service is Horrendous the Branch may as well close down if they are going to ignore clients and refuse to help especially after having waited for so long . Time is valuable.

Short staffed, went for notory service, waited an hr and the work not done because the guy was not helpful. Had to leave. Other banks are more helpful.

Coming to the bank during my lunch break and there was only one associate at the counter and there is a line of 5 people and one person at the counter. I will probably not use this location due to it being understaffed and lack of efficiency.

- i'm going to modify my review because the branch manager was very helpful and she helped me to solve the problem in the second day.--after providing all the document and bank card, this guy pulled up a wrong account with a wrong phone number for me to verify. I told him it doesn't sound right, he took out a ipad asking me to punch password, then claim the password was wrong but I knew it was right. I knew that he pulled up a wrong account because he sent a text to a phone number that belongs to another account. I don't know what he's doing. He claims he's blocked so he can't access my profile anymore. after hanging there for an hour, he got nothing done but let us go back in another day. Terrible experience.

I just had the most amazing experience with Olga! She was so sweet and helpful during my deposit of my wedding checks. I was so overwhelmed by what to do with all the checks and she helped make it so simple. Such a great location, I am so happy we live close by now!
