Mickey othman helped me find our perfect car in under five hours. We were in the market for a GLC 300 last week, and we scheduled an appointment with him at 10 a.m. on Saturday. By that afternoon, I was driving our new car home.
That morning, after we sat down in his office, he reviewed all available inventories with us—not just from their dealership but also from nearby ones. Tom patiently explained every package, trim, and feature, making sure we fully understood each option. He even took us to showroom in an S580 to demonstrate the head-up display in action.
What impressed us most was his genuine concern for our needs and budget, rather than simply trying to close a deal. We highly recommend Mickey othman —10/10 experience!

I purchased the Chevy Traverse on 10/10/2024, and my tags expired on the 9th, I have been calling them since the 7th of November, and still no tags, but plenty of excuses. I was even told they would send me an email if I got stopped by the Police. They don't give a dam about no email, I should of had my license plates by now. You do the right thing and this is how they treat you?? Anyone is friendly when they're making a sale.
I went there today, and asked for another temp tag, and they said they couldn't give me one, and finally gave me a letter, and what good will that do. Now they are saying that I will get my plates next week. What a joke.

I wish there was an option to give a -stars for this dealer.
1. Only have regrets for doing business with Autopia Motor Cars!
2. Unethical practices- misleading misrepresenting, and misreporting
3.Fraud-Intentionally manipulating the vehicle history report to not disclose an accident
4.Misleading add on charges- Claiming the car I went a certification. Check however they could not provide documentation if this and if this was done, they intentionally did not report the car had been in an accident.
5. Poor communication- The receptionist is unprofessional and the managers do all that they can to not respond or return calls.

I wish there was an option to leave negative stars. They hook you with a low listing price then add on thousands in up charges.
They add on the cost of a certification that the vehicle has been inspected and is up to par however, the day we purchased the car, we noticed damage on the undercarriage, a window that didn’t work, and a tire sensor that was on. We immediately contacted them and were instructed to contact the dealership and when we did that the dealership fixed the window and tire but said that the undercarriage damage would be $1,300.
All documentation along with photos of the damage were sent to Micky who did not respond to emails or calls for days. When he finally responded, he gave us the runaround for another few days.
We asked for a detailed report regarding what the certification we had to pay for included because the damage and these repairs should have been addressed prior to selling us this vehicle and they declined to provide.
After weeks of going back and forth, they finally said that they would not pay for the dealership to fix it but would repair it themselves. Upon taking it back to the dealership due to additional issues, we found out that this car with no accidents reported from Autopia was in fact in an accident.
We also found out that Autopia made repairs that were subpar and inadequate. Additionally after contacting Carfax to see when the accident was reported since the documentation Autopia provided stated that the car had no accidents or damages.
This was a lie and after contacting a layer, we have confirmed that it is fraud. Tony the manager was supposed to return our call to discuss the numerous issues we are having with this vehicle that they passed off as basically new with only 1000 miles on it however, Tony has not responded or returned our calls.

Spoke with John he was rude and wanted his way only. I got approved with my bank and he wanted me to make the payment that he wanted they have hidden fees that you need to make sure before signing any contract. Don’t purchase any vehicles from them. John is rude!!!!!!! Be careful there shady with whole bunch of fees that they make up and they want you make the monthly payment that they want watch out!!!!!

Please save your self the trouble. And find another dealership since I am a new car buyer I really thought I was getting a decent deal, and good customer service from this dealership. But I am sadly mistaken. This has been the worst buying experience ever. Please do not be like me and buy from this dealership. I brought my car 8/5/24 and it is now 9/10/24 and I am fighting to get my plate and registration. They say one thing and then deny and say they never said it. I really wish I brought somewhere else.
Update I finally got my plates on 10/29/24 only after getting DMV and the Better Business Bureau involved. Save your self the headache.

Good dealer ship
