AFCU is a decent credit Union. It’s the customer service that drives me crazy. Calling in always takes awhile. Then trying to reach someone above the desk clerk is like pulling teeth. It’s best sometime to just pull up. I didn’t have any customers problems until the Kenilworth, NJ office moved/closed.
