I am in soooo much pain right now. I can't even sleep. I m sad disappointed and scared. It took me overv20 years to muster the courage to finally see a dentist . So I went Aspen in union NJ. The first visit was perfect everyone was so nice. I happy with my service but when I left I ended up with a gum I infection. With in o e day my left cheek became swollen and my whole left side of my on 10 pain level.i called and called and called no one answered the phone all day long. Then I walked in. I'm in pain you can clearly see I was swollen. The receptionist said she couldn't let be seen by the dentist. Mind you I just saw her 2 days before. I'm like all I need is antibiotics. She said the dr has to see me and she all booked up until after Monday and it Thursday. My heart just broke. Tooth infection is a serious and very painful experience. All I needed was antibiotics. She said the dr has to see me first because there was no note of infection when i left 2 days ago.At this point I can't argue I'm in pain I gotta see someone for antibiotics. So I go across the street to city MD. They treat me. I get antibiotics but that stupid Dr don't wanna give me pain killers. Can you imagine the excruciating pain I'am In right now writing this review. I went to cvs and got extra strength tylenol but it not getting rid of the pain and I have a bubble on my gums. HOW??? I literally just left their on Tuesday. Now I'm scared to even go back. I gotta find a new dentist ASAP! Because they are all booked up and get see me for a painful infection in my gums. Smdh and I'm putting this on Facebook. I'm just disappointed and in major pain. My first visit the dental hygienist was nice the actual Dentist was nice but to turn a way a patient with a mouth infection abd you can see them for the next 5 days. That's bad business and bad customer service.

My experience from entering to leaving was welcoming everyone was friendly and professional a very clean environment state of the art equipment it was the best experience I ever had visiting a dental office and I will recommend Aspen Dental on route 22 Union NJ

I had some hiccups during my initial appt scheduling, but once that was cleared up everything went smoothly. My consult appt with Dr. Rastogi was great. Next will be my procedure. ?

This was my first visit, it was a great experience. No long wait time, the staff was very accommodating. Fast forward a week. I went back as a walk in because I was having pain. Totally, different experience, the office manager was NASTY, the receptionist was a very nice. I got there today 10-28-24 at 6:40 because I was told by their answering service that they opened at 7am. They opened at 8:00. The worse experience at any dentist. I have been trying to reach the office since last Thursday, you cannot reach a person. Their answering service can't even reach them. Don't go to Aspen Dental, especially the Union location, they only have one Doctor. Oh, yea, they say that they have Saturday appointments, not true.

"The dental practice I visited was a complete disaster. Not only did they require me to pay upfront despite having insurance, but they've also failed to return my money after supposedly filing a claim. Their customer service is non-existent; I've been trying for weeks to reach someone by phone, but I'm always put on hold and eventually disconnected. Even when I did manage to speak to someone, they were unhelpful and never followed up on their promises. I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice at all costs."
Update 1: The Number given below is a Joke. Tried calling on that number. was put on music for 30 mins.

It was a great experience. The office was clean and staff was professional. Dr. Kim Green completed my dental implant surgery and everything went extremely well. I highly recommend Aspen Dental

Dr.Green and Mayte were both so phenomenal. The facility was so well put together and state of the art and that coupled with the smooth, quick and amazing service. I went in at 11am with a 10 on the pain scale and left out by 1:30 smiling. You literally can’t ask for more from a Dentist and I can’t see myself going somewhere else moving forward.

Making my initial appointment got them one star. The thoroughness and friendliness of the place got them another two stars. Unfortunately, part of the process is that I have to go back in to talk to somebody about the pricing. I've called six times and left four messages. I haven't received a call back yet. This is time sensitive work. There is a span of three appointments over the rest of the year that I have to try to fit into my work schedule and their timeliness in getting back to me for what I need is less than average in other places that I've dealt with. I called the scheduling line today, finally got through to somebody who didn't know anything about what was going on with me because apparently there was no file (?) and then I was put on hold for another 10 minutes. I hung up. I guess I'll see if they call me back but I'll start looking for another place till then

When tell this place is GREAT!!! Everyone was friendly, the place is clean.. BUT..... I MUST SAY. For a person living check to check don't go there. I've been there twice since 8/5/24. I had so work done( the part that I could afford) and yes I do have dental insurance. I've been in PAIN ever since ( POPPING PILLS LIKE A CRACK HEAD) LOL. I HAVE LAUGHE TO KEEP FROM CRYING. Because I can't afford my part after insurance , i cant get help. So here it is 10/10/25 and still in pain. And yes I offed to may payment. Nope. Please keep me in prayer because I'm about get some pliers. ?
P.S I WAS TOLD TO TRY A DENTAL SCHOOL FOR HELP. SMH.
