JOSEPH KENNETH BATTS - Robbed a lot of people for their CASH &/or CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS for tax preparation fee. Took our money & DID NOT summit our taxes. "KENNY" is now MIA and non responsive to a lot of people. ***UPDATE*** Those who continue to read this review, and were taken by Mr Batt are fools if you don't follow through. Your help will assist in his prosecution as well. Read the following and I hope to hear that you did the right thing by joining in on the complaint. please alert everyone! kenny was arrested 4/17/2018 for tax fraud. if you got screwed like me...we need to do a class action lawsuit somehow. the irs is going back to 2009 and auditing people returns!!!!!

UPDATE 5/10/18! Beware of this company for your tax returns! Kenny and Angelo are fast talkers and schemers! They promise you a quick return, yet 3 weeks later, they have not even submitted my paperwork! You leave messages and they don't call back. When you finally get on the phone with one of them, they give you the run around, just straight bull crap lines. DO NOT COME HERE! Update: it's been a month and they still haven't fired my return and there is a busy tone every time I call. I will be filing a police report.
