I had an extremely negative experience at this repair shop. The owner is incredibly rude and dishonest. He refused to explain what was wrong with my car, wouldn’t give me a clear breakdown of labor costs or parts, and kept dodging my questions. He pretended to be busy the entire time, but it was clear he was just trying to rip me off. After I got a ridiculously high quote, I took my car to a different shop and had the same work done for one-third of the price. Save your time and money—avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible service!!! I pull in before one other guy, but I totally get ignored. The other guy, gets the attention of three workers. Then after that they finally take me in, just to move my car out for someone else. I was here for one and a half hours, for absolutely no work to be done! Waste of time!!! (Wish I can give no stars!)

Got scammed out of 1000 dollars for them to tell me the car was fine and then for the car to not be properly fixed and then proceeded to tell me it was my transmission now. I brought it to the shop before and they never even mentioned my transmission. They mention it after they charged me 1000 dollars and I see my car leaking the next day and still having the same issues it had previously. Owner did not want to refund me at all and proceeded to tell me that it was the transmission that was faulty now. Ive been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now and have always brought my car here but today was the last straw . I am very disappointed with this company and especially since I’ve been going to them for so many years now . DO NOT GO HERE !

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! Do not go get to get your car fixed! The owner has a nasty attitude and he’s a scam artist. I got my AC fixed last summer and it stopped working a few months later. The owner told me that he didn’t have record of fixing my car. Then he called back and lied and said that I was out of warranty because it was beyond 1 year. It was 6 MONTHS later that it stopped working. Do NOT support this business!

They are going destroy your car and have you coming back, they don’t even focus on the main issue with your car and add on addition services, trash auto repair 0 star rating.

Extremely disrespectful! I called a head of time to get an oil change and they told me they have availability. I got there not even 5 minutes later and they said it’s a 30 to an hour wait. I explained to them I called and that it’s my fourth time trying to get an oil change for the past two weeks. He then got extremely rude and was cutting me off saying I can go somewhere else if the wait is a problem. Would never recommend this place ever, extremely dirty, and unprofessional.

I originally brought my car there in February because it was overheating and for my power steering pump. I have taken my back 4-5 separate times for the same issues and now I am broken down again because my car is overheating! 3 times for the overheating problem and 1 addition time for the power steering! And now I am broke down again because my car is overheating!! they either have no idea what they are doing or they are scamming me and bringing me back to charge me more money but either way this is ridiculous stay clear of them!!

They forget details. Forgot to tighten lug nuts that could have caused an accident. Also forgot to balance new tires that i paid for and have to come back because the car vibrating.
