My elderly mother contacted Ron to help her with estate taxes. He dragged her along for the better part of a year due to his “busy tax season.” Since he was so busy my mother requested his associate Sergio help her. I guess his ego didn’t like this because he immediately cut ties with mother after completely wasting her time, and inconveniencing the entire family. Seek business elsewhere.

If you hire Ron, that would be your mistake. You are going to be dealing with an arrogant person who does not value his customers. Additionally, we did not get the feeling that he is doing his best to help us, he is doing his best to help himself to get more $$ out of us. Ron is lacking integrity, and he is going to cost a lot more. Better get someone with professionalism, even if it cost more.
