They accused me for stealing when I paid for everything and banned me from the store and now have pictures of me on there phones showing people I know, next time I go to there store and they try to kick me out I’m calling police instantly store worker was yelling at me cursing while I’m trying to pay and I paid for everything now there telling people I know that I stole from them ( they told me to pay for my items and since it was a lot more money than I expected I went back home to get more money they told me to leave my phone so I did and came back 3 minutes later with the exact price and I payed then they banned me (terrible service) now there telling all the workers I walked out the store with stuff

The worker that is there on nights isTerrible.. if she isn’t daydreaming and cleaning obsessively while customers wait to be served, she is being rude in the front .. I’ll go to quick chek in the meantime where they don’t treat customers like we HAVE to go there..

During Ramadan this is the closest 7/11 to the mosque. We come to get drinks and replenish ourselves before we have to fast. A racist employee said ‘get your people out of here’ to one of my friends. We refuse to give business to a place that allows such racism within their workforce. For us to come here and be loyal and buy from here all the time just to get this treatment is unacceptable! Do better.

BEWARE OF ELDERLY BLACK WOMAN!!!! I went there last night on my 15 minute work break to get a sub and Doritos for my coworkers. Long story short I inserted my chip, it said please remove card, I removed it. She then said "you take card out too fast you try again", I looked at her for a split second and she repeated herself even louder at me so I wait and then swipe, didn't work, she says try wireless so I tap it, didn't work. She then starts shouting at me and I mean SHOUTING that I broke her chip reader and I messed it up and that she "doesn't trust my cards anymore" I told her I have a different card to try but she let the guy behind me pay so I wait then when he leaves I insert my new card into the other chip reader and she reaches over the counter and slaps the card out of my hand all while continuously screaming at me. She then grabs the bag of sub and doritos I was going to pay for and claps them together with her hands bursting the Doritos bag spilling the chips and bursting the sub smashing it and then throws it on the floor creating s mess all whilst shouting at me. Absolutely unbelievable experience let me tell you. I understand she was the only staff working but you can't scream at your customers blaming them for your user error of working s chip reader and then deny them of service because you feel like it. The most unprofessional thing I've seen in a business in my entire life I've never seen someone act like a child like such. Please beware of this person, and management please be look over the cameras if you'd like to see for yourself, this happened date 3/13/2023 late at night. Crazy

I'm a blue collar worker , this store is Indian owned and 90% Indian employee. The only people they smile and laugh with is the local police dept , fire fighter etc... I've been coming to this s for years and frequent many 7-11 stores throughout my day . I even visited 7-11 in the roughest, toughest city in New Jersey and none I've ever felt compelled to write a review . By the way I'm a loyal rewards member where at times I have over 80,000 points, right now I have 33,000 points - so you see , I frequent many 7-11's- . Everytime I come here or anyone that is not Indian or a cop , your talked Down to .. I came in to this store today after being on the road for 3 hours sipping my coffee - needless to say when I was walking into the store my bladder was busting at the seems - , squirming I made my way to the counter and asked kindly to please allow me to use the rest room to go number 1 -- sternly they said NO . What am i supposed to do ? I asked . And the actual guy tells me to urinate outside around back the store ...I ran out the doors , my pants falling and relieved myself . Come on !! This cannot be happening in UNION NEW JERSEY ? Kean college is directly next door .. what if I had to go number 2 ?? What bring a bucket and some toilet paper ??? 7-Eleven on Morris Ave, Union, NJ price inflates their snack items. I went to purchase a 1.53oz bag of Reese's Pieces and noticed there were no prices posted for any of their candy items. I asked the man behind the counter how much the 1.53oz bag of Reese's Pieces were and he said it cost $3.49 more than double the actual cost. I refused to pay $3.29, put the Reese's Pieces back and walked out.I found it very odd that the young woman at the counter rang up the beverages I purchased, but when I decided at the last minute to grab a 1.53oz bag of Reese's Pieces the man behind the counter took over to ring the Reese's Pieces up. I assume not posting prices is a tactic that he thought would work in his favor, but sorry Sir...it didn't with this customer.

The lady at night is extremely rude. She needs an attitude adjustment. How dare you get nasty with me after asking a simple question about cash back? I was gonna curse her out but wasn’t worth it. Clearly I’m not alone in this sentiment. Do something.

there is a very rude woman who works the night shift, every single time i go there .. shes rude, belligerent & curses at the customers .. im not sure how she still has a job there .. she also refused to let me know her name so i could report her properly

Says 24/7.. pull up, one employee, had to knock multiple times. 24/7 right? Why am i locked out? She comes from wherever maybe the bathroom? Tells me i have 2 mins. Less than 2 mins later opens the door for someone else. I continue getting my stuff, she starts yelling at me to hurry up.. uhhh 24/7? Asked if theyre open 24/7 she says no i gotta do s***** uhhhh okay. But your hours are 24/7. I get my stuff go to check out and get screamed at by her.. terrible look for you 7/11. Sorry you hired her. I kept my composure entire way, but was chastised and screamed at by your incompetent employee. Dont work there if you dont want to work. Dont be disrespectful and problematic. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Glad i have patience.. nobody else would respond the way i did..

The employee running the store seemed to be more interested in anything but ringing customers items up. She spent the last 7 minutes restocking instead of helping the four customers waiting in line to pay for their items. Seems like the opposite of what a business like 7 Eleven needs to get items sold.
