Unfriendly atmosphere. Cleanliness could be better. Promotions not available. The cost of a large coffee is $2.89 but the cost of a refill is $2.39... does that even make sense?
The advertise a donut and a large coffee for $3 but they don't have any donuts and it's only 1:30.

used to be a frequent customer but lately notice how crowded it gets due to only having one cashier. Hire more people. Rather go to quick check than this place now

Tried to play the lottery here and they close it way too early. Guy at the store say they close it half an hour before it’s suppose to be closed(10:00pm). Got there 9:50 and they said they closed it 9:25/9:30.

It’s been several months where I go in morning and coffees are not even ready like it completely ran out,Also there is never any type of food whether is hot dog /roll etc,It lacks of many things in comparison to others 7/11 ,Everytime I go is just a disappointment and every time I come back is dissapointment all over again,I believe the employees should be getting better paid or change of management,But as far it goes this 7-11 is a joke in comparison to others 7-11,

I got to the entrance at 10:45PM, 15 minutes before they closed. Before I even open the door, the cash registrar signals me from inside that they’re closed. She rolls her eyes and turns her back to me. Ok cool, I understand. Maybe she needs time to close the register, clean, or etc. I’m sitting in my car looking up other 7-Eleven’s in the area as I watch another person go inside and the cash registrar RINGS HER UP. That’s so rude and disrespectful.

This location is suppose to be 24 hours, but they have a sign on the door saying they will be closing at 11pm every night. I was there at 10:50pm and the door was already locked. I asked nicely to get one item and they responded "we close". If your employees can't work the hours of the business please hire those that can.
