We made an appointment to open a Business account. They gave us the appointment for this Friday at 4pm, warning us that if we arrived 10 minutes later the appointment would be cancelled, which seemed good to us. The result is that we arrived 10 minutes early and we stayed around 45 minutes and They wasted our time, no one attended to us under the excuse that there is no staff, we had to keep waiting, this seemed very offensive and irresponsible.

5 stars to Miss JANET FELIX. She took care of my request very professionally. Right away after I entered the branch. The whole process didn’t take more than 3 minutes. Thank you so much. We really need bankers like her.

Although I live closer to a Wells Fargo on 39th St. I prefer to go to this branch on Summit Avenue. All the tellers are friendly but Leonela always greets with a smile and is very helpful. It worth the extra few minutes to get here for that kind of service. ?

Don't bother making an appointment, you'll be waiting with everyone else regardless (\u003e30mins wait despite appointment) Had an appointment at 3pm. After waiting for approx.10mins I asked who I am assigned to, and was told that I just had to wait for the next available person as they don't assign anyone to you for the appointments. Then why make your clients make appointments at all? 30 minutes later, and I was still waiting for the appointment to be honored (to open an account). I left, as I really don't want to do business with a bank that is this unreliable and unorganized.

Very bad service I received at this branch. I was attended to by a person with little professionalism. I tried to open a new account, but I definitely won't do it with this bank anymore.

This is the worst branch and branch manager is very rude. All the time there is no one in the branch to attend you. They just keep you waiting. Worst branch ever.

Sad experience. I have had a personal account with this bank for several years, when I showed up to open a business account they gave me the most incredible excuses not to open my account that day. With all the documentation in order and being a customer of the bank, I had to wait up to three days to review my documentation and the most unlikely excuse is the pandemic. Enough already. The person who attended to me and was in charge of going from official to official to ask them not to attend to me was someone named María Teresa. When I left there in 20 minutes they opened a business account for me at the TD Bank across the street. Very frustrating experience.

If I can rate them ZERO stars I would. Call the branch and its not their problem. Call customer service and its not their problem. Do yourself a favor and bank with any other bank. Its a hassle to change banks but after 25 years I'm fed up with the inferior service.
