Don't attempt to get a covid or other vaccine here around noon, I had to wait a full hour from checking in.Their systems are inefficient, with at least 7 people working flat out in the pharmacy there was still a line of 13+ people and every seat occupied with customers waiting for something.The person/system checking people in for vaccines didn't inform the person giving vaccines that there were customers patiently waiting for vaccine shots.Despite scheduling the vaccine online and completing a health questionnaire online the person checking me in seemed confused when trying to find my appointment booking and I had to complete the questionnaire again on a piece of paper, and later on the vaccinator was writing stuff down on scraps of paper, which all seems an inefficient process.That's an hour of my life I won't get back.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No effort to help customers. The employees were talking amongst each other instead of doing their jobs. Never coming back to this location.

Really bad customer service there the employee where talking instead of helping the customer, I had to Return a fedex package I ask for tape that had on the table and the guy say that I have to buy the tape, also they couldn’t help on printing the barcode for the return.

I work for a Doctor and this Walgreens is extremely unprofessional. They put a Spanish speaking patient on the phone to tell the staff from the office that the medicine can be called in tomorrow as if they did not want to take the call. The staff had to call back to reach the pharmacist and once they did the pharmacist and her staff were laughing as if the situation were a joke. I'd expect Walgreens staff to be professional and not childish especially when dealing with a patients medications and Dr staff.

Everyone who is complaining on here should fill out an application to work at the pharmacy they are looking to hire. Yes there’s a shortage of ppl working in the pharmacy because they’re tired of all your damn attitude, rudeness, and incompetence. No it’s not just slapping a label on a bottle and getting it ready. You have to type out the script, the pharmacist has to review it, it has to be filled correctly, the pharmacist has to review it again, then it’s ready. Ya’ll think it’s easy until you have to find out why the insurance decided not to cover a med or you have to do PAD, which most of ya’ll probably don’t know what that even is. Give these ppl a break they are trying hard, they’re young kids just trying to do their job right and you expect them to be nice to you when ya’ll have nasty attitudes? Especially the elderly ya’ll are the most rudest ppl ever. As human beings ya’ll need to do better and be kinder. Yes the line is long don’t blame the staff blame the person in front of you that’s taking forever because they have a million questions and don’t care about your time the cashier is trying to work as fast as they can. Stop running your mouths and start applying if you think you can do better.

I came to drop off a package, the rude lead manager Lisa, asked for a QR code . I said dont have it she keeps repeating like if I was an idiot. She has horrible customer service skills need training. Thankfully, a professional and kind manager Alia intervened assisted scanned the QR code and made my awful experience more pleasant.

I've been on hold for a combined 5 hrs today just trying to see if they have my needs in stock. I'm taking some meds that have done gone viral and you have to call. Anyway someone said they might have one of them so I called. First few times I waited on hold 5 min, then it disconnected. So I called back later and there were a buncha ppl ahead of me on hold but I waited 2 hrs. THEN it diapers. So far been on hold another 2 hrs rn. I'm guessing it's gonna disconnect. I think they just hang up on ppl. Murca.

I arrive here few times a night I'm handicap with plates why is this store allowing him to park in a way he blocks 4 spots including handicap spots can't park normal and the store don't say nothing to him
