Great place to buy a car.

While searching online I found a car I was very interested in at Venture. I was put in touch with salesperson Eric Hayes. Unfortunately, the car I was looking at was sold. He informed me that they just received the same car but a model year earlier. After it was detailed, he sent me numerous pictures along with the carfax. Although priced accordingly, it had been involved in too many accidents for my liking. I did not make a purchase with Venture, so I can’t rate the overall experience (hence the 4 star rating), but my experience with Eric Hayes was great. I felt it necessary to give him a shout out for the effort. * note: it doesn’t appear that they update the vehicles on their website too often. The car that was “sold” is still on their site 10 days later.*

There seems to be a car here for anyone. I was able to purchase a vehicle for my mom, financing it was a great option.. thanks to the employees that helped me there. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and all my questions were answered. I definitely will be coming back.

They are cheaters, they make you sign documents without explaining that you are giving up and all rights to subsequent claims. They go 3 weeks without license plates or registration. The vehicle I bought from the beginning has damage to the engine air and according to them they can't do anything, I have to spend my money. renting a vehicle to be able to work because most of the time they spend in their own mechanical workshop.I definitely regret having done business with these people now I have to figure out a way to demand that the vehicle be delivered to me fixed.

Stay away from them and I hope someone soon will report this dealership. They roll back their cars and take down payment on cars and then sell them to someone else and will never return your money.

Had a very easy time setting up an appointment for a test drive. Everyone was very polite, no pressure sales. They ended up working out a great deal for me and I drove away with my car in a matter of a couple hours. A.J. and Kevin were great to work with! If you need a place to sell your car or pick up a new one don't hesitate to go here.
