employees are very nice. Getting paid too little for what they’re worth. Manager demands his employees to always tell everyone he’s in a meeting when he’s not. He prefers working with “high profile” customers when he could be using his time to work with any other customer. I know clients can ask stupid questions at times but that’s the banking industry. Management is trash. Some of the employees there will make comments like not wanting to help the customers get their atm card back from the machine. Management only cares about numbers and they instill that into their employees. Horrible place to work AND be a customer. Take your money elsewhere.

I have visit several branches and let me tell you the service in this branch is phenomenal!..Many if not all associates have provided me with an excellence service. From greeting me as soon as I walk in to me leaving the branch and thanking me for coming in. To the management team thank you for cultivating customer focus branch where my needs are met every single time.Thank you very much. It’s is a placer to have business with this bank.

Outdated bank. More than once an employee has taken money from me . The first time they told me the employee was fired and the second time they told me it was an error on the machine . Always check your accounts when making a deposit and save your receipts .

I’ve been trying to reach the supervisor about a hold on my account since Saturday. They told me on Saturday, she would be in on Monday. I called first thing in the morning on Monday, to be told she was on vacation. I went in person later that evening and spoke to the male banker and was told that she left for the day. It’s Tuesday now, I called again to fix this stressful situation with my account only to be told, she isn’t around right now. The amount of unprofessionalism at this bank is embarrassing. No one has helped me with my situation at all and they seem to be playing a game with whether or not the supervisor is in. Once my situation is fixed, I’m closing my account.

I tried to use the atm to withdraw money and the machine ate my card. When I went inside the bank to try and retrieve my card, they stated I could not get my card back because it was not a valley national card...makes no sense at all to me and just advised to contact my bank to try and get a new card.

I went to the branch and spoke to an officer about information regarding the safety deposit box xxxx that will be due in October of 2020. He indicated that the payment would be $60.00 for this year and next year would be $92.00. I wrote a check for the $60.00 and gave it to the teller. A couple of days later I received a call from the bank manager that I need to pay taxes for the box. I was out of town at that time and when I came back I received the check ($60.00 payment) without any explanation. I don't think this is very professional. Based on my experience working in a bank, this is not acceptable. There should be a letter written to explain the reasoning behind the returned check and the tax fee. My stepson went to the branch on Monday, July 27, 2020 and was told he needs to pay $96.00. The price went up in just a couple of days.

Great bank to get your change counted in a machine. It will save you from having to roll up your coins up into paper rolls. They do take 10% if you aren't a member of the bank

These are difficult times for all of us. But the manager in charge forgets that we are the customers. I’m not your buddy. You can’t just speak to people anyway you please. She is nasty n unprofessional. The manager needs to take some management classes. As soon as this crisis is over I’m taking my money and finding a real bank.

Horrible service my company gives me checks from valley National all of a sudden today they didn’t want to cash it I need my money for the holidays & this is what they pulled unprofessional nasty branch
