this location is the worst the store both online and they have signs in the location says it opens at 9 AM. I got here at 9:05. The store did not open till 930. The lady was inside the entire time then has the audacity to give us attitude, she’s an older lady with glasses and she deserves to be fired

Every time I go to this post office on 21 Street Bergenline Ave., Union City either they are on lunch or they have problems. I was just there at 2 PM and the woman she told me they are closed because she’s going to lunch. I never heard a such thing post office Should not close until they are closed worker in the offices. They do whatever they want whenever they want they not be they not taking care of customer they not taking care of mail mail is ever being delivered and when you send a package through 21 Street Union City it never gets shipped or get received Advise not to go to

Online and in the store it states they open at 9 am.It was 9:30am and the lady opening was just arriving. Aside from being late she still made us wait and extra 15 min outside and had terrible temperament .

The store does NOT open at 9. I am here at 9:20am on a regular Friday morning (ahead of tax season) and the store is not open. I can see the owners inside hanging out combing her hair. Do better post office.

This post office lost 11 rolls of film I shot in Portugal. It was only going to a lab on the West Side and they weren’t even competent enough to get it there. When I came down to ask about it the lady at the counter (who was the one that took my film the day I mailed it) couldn’t even be bothered and told me to call the 800 number.

They say they open at 8:30 you should arrive at 10 am because they’re always late. And they refuse to actually deliver packages. Dozens of times they say delivery attempted but i was home the whole time.

4 times my packages were NOT delivered and were marked as “delivery was attempted”. Notice was never left. The driver has NEVER shown up! They don’t care about your packages. The worst service I’ve ever faced.

This Post office is still closed 9:15am it is every Day like this but we have to pay Packages if they are slightly overweight but they can open when they want. Shame on USPS
