This place is very clean, professional , and the staff is unbelievably helpful . The machines are up to date and I love the free drying service. The new managers here are very sweet .I’d recommend this laundromat to anyone and everyone.

I’ve been coming here for over two years before they just sold the place to a new owner. I own a laundromat myself. I’ve even tried to give them different tools to communicate what each customer wants. But today I’ve had enough. I’ve come to realize that they’re just unintelligent and Lazy workers. No matter if I write it in English or Spanish. They always seem to put and wash my clothes how they see fit instead of following the instructions left for them. The previous owner even went so far to write my name along with others, who won specific washing instructions done on the wall inside. But that doesn’t help because the workers don’t pay attention they don’t read and they don’t follow instruction. They told me to pick up my clothes, and all of my clothes were not folded and one bag was left unwashed. This place will never earn another dollar from me. Good luck to the new owners.

Terrible dry cleaning service.asked for 5 days turnaround on the dry cleaning. I accepted and paid upfront and the person at the desk did not apply the advertised discount. Clothes were not ready 2 days later and no one called during the day to inform me of the clothes being ready.I asked tor a refund and have been waiting to get the situation resolved for 20 minutes.

This place is great, however, I recommend not coming in on Sundays. Over the course of my time going to this laundromat, Sundays always seem to be the busiest, sometimes things get lost, or there just aren't enough washers or dryers to go around. Avoid going on Sundays at all costs, unless absolutely necessary, as literally any other day is more convenient, and has fewer people in the building.

One of the washers with my clothes in it got stuck both female employees didn’t care to help me much all I was told was to wait and all the dryers were full with clothes already dried because these ladies filled them up with the pick up service leaving no dryers for the other customers that are here and it’s always like this in this place last time coming here

Very helpful- did a same day fluff and fold. Pick-up and drop-off laundry at my hotel lobby and took payment over the phone. So easy and convenient. Highly recommend when on an extended stay in Weehawken.

Avoid this place at all cost. I sent my wool coat here for dry clean and it shrank dramatically. Obviously they used water for a supposedly “dry clean”. Don’t believe their services. They are cheating====Ok, now the owner says they use someone else for dry clean. They want to blame that “someone else”. Let me ask you this. Do you make any money out of the dry clean clothes you send to “someone else”? If the answer is yes, the responsibility is yours. You can’t make all the good money and blame your partner for faults. Who does business like that?

The laundry is spacious, the machines are new and they have great deals. But the most special part is the service, because Grace is the nicest person! She works happy and is so helpful!!! Totally recommend.
