I had a bad experience with delivery. I tried to call and ask if it could be delivered earlier and they told me no, so I waited for the time they told me they would bring it “before 3.” For me, time is important because it was a gift for a friend at work, before she left. I called the store, and I spoke to a woman because it was 3:17 and they had not gone to drop off the flowers and she told me “17 minutes is nothing” that is not a response to a customer. I paid for the delivery, they were not punctual, it is not my problem (if there was traffic or something). This lady doesn't know how to treat customers.

Will never order from this place again. Order delivered late after they agreed to be delivered early morning, order was delivered at 530pm. Had to call three times and everytime they never had a concrete answer and they were very rude as if the flowers were for free...

These are terrible florists. They ruined my daughter 18th birthday. I ordered flowers for 2pm. They never came. At 2:30 they said the flowers were being delivered. It is now 4pm. No flowers. I had to cancel the order and run to somewhere else to get flowers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Ordering online for flowers is never easy however I glanced through the site. Found an arrangement I liked, and check out with specific instructions. This was my first time using this store. I must say they did delivered at the time i requested it to be delivered, what I ordered, the card I ordered more importantly the message on that card word for word from the site. We were referred to Union City Florist by my cousin and I'm so glad we were. Patty and Mark are the nicest most genuine people we've met. We met with 4 other florists before meeting with them. To be honest we had a tight budget for flowers, and every florist we met prior pretty much laughed and said we could only get vases filled with water and a floating candle for our type of budget. We almost lost hope on flowers for our wedding.
