I had a hot water leak from a broken Delta Cartrige and home depot was not helpful at all and recommended me the wrong one so I ran to Lima last minute and the man working the counter was very kind and helped me out in 2 minutes. I also paid a much lower price for the cartrige, I left satisfied and more knowledgeable with the services provided. Thank you! I will continue to come here anytime I have any issues :)

Go to place. Family owned hardware store. Prices are ok for local. The edge is that if Homedepot doesn't have it, they will or will get it. If you have an older house and looking to replace without having to upgrade, they have the pieces. Friendly too.
