Management is awful. Owners are incompetent and OLD. THE warehouse manager over charges tenants and pockets cash. The elevators are usually out of service. The ware house in infested with mice and rats. Nothing is up to fire Marshall code. All the leases are completely illegal. The owners of this warehouse have a long relationship with Brian P Stack. This building was fought for to be kept up. The bathrooms are usually filled with feces do to pipes and homeless people being let into the building at all times. This wear house is possibly the nicest worst kept and not appreciated building in Hudson county.

Took the drive out to tour this place. Unfortunately, the photos on the website do not reflect what you get in person. There is no security. You can easily walk in. There is garbage everywhere. The hallways and staircases are rundown with graffiti on the walls. This place has so much potential but it wasn’t for us. It’s not what we expected.

The "management" company consistently over promises and does not deliver. They promise a construction timeline and dont even start on time. Let alone finish.
