I was there in this branch this morning to open a new account, waited for 2 hours till my number came in. This location is pathetic, they don’t value their customers time and there were 3 teller sitting with no work and 2 executives only to attend 16 customers where each customer was taking about 35 minutes. Pls don't go to this branch at all, pathetic staff pathetic wait time.

This branch did an amazing job at resolving my debit card situation. The other branches turned me away and did not bother to explain extra steps to pick it up in person. The other branches in Union City simply forced me to accept my debit card by mail. Thank you to the manager at this branch for going out of her way to explain the pick up option.

Came in for a debit card replacement and followed the bank’s rules by checking in through mobile app and had to wait for others who didn’t check in via app for more than half hour after arriving. Extremely unprofessional, staff needs to follow correct policies

TD banks is my Banks por for 15 years. Staff are so wonderfull at almost all locations .But please never go to a branch at 8 street in Union City . This place is so horrible and staff very rude whit no education. The set and the desk and made people wait por 30 minutes. And the are talking at he phone.

I waited in line for up to 2 hours just to get a new debit card. The staff is super incompetent and take advantage of their position/little power as bank staff. I witnessed a bank associate (on the clock) leave his desk to go gossip with a noncustomer outside the bank. This location has some of the most shameful and unprofessional staff in the area.

TD is by far the worst bank in America. Truth is All banks have their own issues and challenges, as we have experienced at one point or another. TD bank takes it to another level. I decided to seek out another bank to be utilized as my personal "play" account. Opened it online. When my packet delivered in the mail, I got some cash, my new TD bank card and proceeded to deposit the cash at a Secaucus branch ATM. Put my card in, entered my pin, selected options to deposit cash ($150), cash went in, atm accepted, then it asked for me to reconfirm my pin again. I did that multiple times because every time I did, it would say "my pin was incorrect". Then, it ate my card, didn't print out a receipt. To make the long story short, TD is saying that my account is closed and they have no record of any deposit. Employees at the branch said they can't help i have to call CS. Which I did multiple times spending hours on the phone without getting anything resolved. They keep saying my account is closed, there is 0 balance, we can't help you. You will have to go to the branch and have them resolve it. At the point, I've lost $160 dollars, and hours of my life attempting to resolve it. It is mind blowing that I'm being punted around like a pink pong ball as if I did something wrong. No one is willing to help!!! Don't they have cameras at the bank and ATM? Not sure what I can do next. At least I wanted everyone to know. You would think a bank with shiny facilities and smilies could be so cruel and disinterested to help. But they had no issues taking my Money. It is so frustrating and disappointed.
