“I came in Recently to buy all black air maxes. They were the last pair and had a slight defect on the front of 1 shoe. I spoke with the manager to see if there can be some compensation for this and he was not helpful whatsoever and cut me off instantly mid conversation which was a bit rude. But then a young lady Ms.Gonzalez saw the defect and sided with me gave me a slight discount and even helped with touching up the shoe with the defect. She was extremely helpful and really turned a bad experience around especially on my birthday!”
“For a newer runner who recently realized they can't run in AllBirds without destroying their joints, BRC was incredibly perfect for getting fitted, checking out my stride, showing me various pairs of shoes in different fits, and eventually sharing in my joy of picking out the perfect pair that allowed me to do a nice four mile run this morning.Big shoutout to Hannah who was super patient and an awesome listener.Thanks Hannah and BRC!!!And to anyone reading this review, as a lifetime New Yorker, trust me when I say that stores like this are what make NYC and Brooklyn so special and they MUST be supported before everything turns into a Duane Reade or Chase branch. “After checking out all the reviews on yelp and Google I decided to check out Dino’s to buy a bowling ball for my wife’s birthday and I have to say Dino was great he enlightened us all about bowling balls. We did not know there were different types of bowling balls. He was extremely helpful in helping my wife in choosing her ball, sizing her for the holes and explaining the different hole grips for her and what would be best to get the best performance. He even gave her a quick lesson on how to properly bowl. I highly recommend going to Dino’s he also has ball bags which we bought one for her ball and all types of gear you may want or need. Dino’s is not a very large pro shop space but Dino makes up for lack of space with great service and knowledge. I know I’m going to go back for all my gear at Dino’s.”
