My opinion of this store is very bad, they make a mistake when giving the colors and they do not accept complaints, they do not put the paint color on the outside, in short a bad job. I do not recommend it ?

I found this place when looking for a quart of paint and didn't want to hit Homie. The counter guy was knowledgeable and very nice. The paint was high quality and had very low VOCs. It didn't smell at all and my son was in his newly updated room the next day. Thanks Sherman!

I've come here to buy interior paint for the first time, so I have a couple of questions about the paint, different finishes, and bucket sizes based on the room area. The worker was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding!

The SW Team at this store is amazing. They are experts, know their products and make excellent recommendations. I am a widow working on a large home construction project, the whole team is personable and patient. Shout outs to Giovanni and Miguel for their customer service on the phone and irl. So great to see women working here too.

The Sherwin Williams store in Union City, NJ is fantastic. They have excellent products and the staff are friendly, helpful, and give great advice. This is our go-to store for pain and related supplies.

I visited this Union City location specifically because I had previously purchased paint from here last year and the service and support was fantastic. This time around, I was doing a specific project on the house that required different types of paints and primers. I needed expert advice and I knew how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is at this location. Sure enough, I explained the project, shared some photos, and the gentleman helped me with the color choices, finishes, and supplies...explaining why he was suggesting each of the choices. I appreciated that he did not rush me when another customer walked in and he did not patronize me like many experts do when a woman asks questions.I decided to add another small room to the project and my husband returned to this location the next morning for more primer. He returned very happy that our information was in the computer and they knew exactly what product I purchased the day before so that he could get the same one. He said it was a different salesman than I had worked with and that he was just as awesome as the my guy. We will continue to make this location our go-to paint store for all future projects. They have never let us down!
