My experience with pediatricians is perfect. Dr. Fernando Suarez is exceptional because of how he has treated my daughter. I always had a good experience in the time of 2020 when the covid that affected the area is the only place where they treated me, even my primary doctor, they weren't mine. My primary doctor in riverside closed the door when i was sick , and Sanitas treated me on that occasion, and after that, I had never thought I had to worry. For that and more sanitas in Unión City deserves 5 stars, thank you

Terrible customer service, today, Friday, I went to the emergency room, the Sanita secretary informed me to come back on Monday so that they could assist me in an emergency, because it was already closed at 3:50 p.m. that day ?

Horrible customer service.... Website is not updated and they don't want to disclose information about substitute Drs. If you want to get to know who they are, they asked me to go to their office and pick up the information.Promised to call me and never did. What a waste.... DO NOT WORK with this company

Overall a very poor experience, lack of professionalism and respect for their clients. After taking my day off to have my physical done they decided to call me 2 hours before to cancel my appointment this is after me requesting my day off at work. They could have cancel the day before but of course it didn’t happen.Not a place I would recommend to friends and family.

I want to congratulate the Sanitas medical center, last week my husband sought urgent care and found a doctor, what I mean a doctor, an angel who is excellent, I took the time to call and verify his improvement, then he followed up and cured the emergency due to which I must say thank you doctor, God save me

This place use to be wonderful when McNett was here but it’s awful now. Had a followup to my physical just to read my results . This easily could’ve been a phone call rather than an appointment which is a $50 charge. When I got to my appointment doctor Silvia Cardenas Crowley couldn’t find my results even though that’s the only reason I was there. After a while, she “supposedly” found them and read me my results and handed me the printout of my results. Upon leaving I looked at the results and realized she read me the wrong results from a physical I had over a year ago with a completely different doctor at the center. How do you not notice that it’s not the correct date or even your name on the results being read ?! So I basically got charged $50 to have my doctor read me the wrong results which also could’ve just been a phone call. Absolutely incompetent facility.

Seriously - they won’t accept my insurance and when I asked for a visit and I’ll pay out of pocket for it they said they can’t.

Amazing experience here 100% recommend you to come here if you need physical therapy. Staff is nice. Gandhi, Alejandro and Ryan do such an amazing job.

Please don’t go to this place. They are really unprofessional. I have received three different calls one was to confirm my appointment. The second one they cancelled, the third time they told me I was good to go. I got there and they told me I can’t see the doctor. Please don’t waste your time.
