Update - they also polish the oxidation from headlight covers - making them like new and much safer when driving at night!I’ve been getting tire punctures repaired here for years. Fair price, short wait time, nice guys.

Had a flat tire after hitting a pothole coming from across from Manhattan on rainy. This was the nearest I found after getting out of Holland tunnel. First think I overheard in Spanish: “He drives a Mercedes, let’s charge him double”. Come on, just because I someone drives a Mercedes you charge them double? Thankfully my partner speaks Spanish!Those kids bring the business down.

Never go there. Young guy said “ i repaired tire” and i pid 20 usd. My same my tire get down again 6 hiurs later,i couldnt work. I went there agin , i said “ same tire running down again” . He didnt look my facez anyway, NEVER NEVER AND NEVER GO THERE.

Update 2022: since the older brother is not there as much and the younger brother is, this shop has become hit or miss. The younger brother treats you like dollar bills and laughs at you for not knowing everything or the way he knows things. He has a tendency to not understand that repeat business means giving deals like a bi yearly tire change for less than 1000$ so the customer comes back with other ailments as well.When the mother and father are there they will often speak about you in Spanish and laugh at you which is a horrible feeling. The older brother always treated me with respect and told me my options and worked with me on prices as well as showing me the issues exactly as he knew I was local and would return. He knew the value of word of mouth.This new generation that is there more often than him now does not understand that fundamental of running a business and it makes me go here less and less. As well if he knew more about cars that would help as well, as he turned me away one time due to my tire being a sensor valve when I told him it wasn’t. (It wasn’t) as well as small things now too like losing tire caps, not balancing tires, and other basic stuff.If they can teach the younger son a little business sense and the father and mother to stop talking under their breath and saying nasty things and laughing at customers in Spanish (of which I know … sigh) it would be the business I loved when I left my first review.————————————These guys are nothing but honest and good. Which in this industry is not something you run across often. They explain what needs to be done. They don’t charge you a crazy amount and they are reliable!

Went to get my tires balanced and they didnt do it correctly. My car still shakes after a 50mph. Also they told me that i would need need to pay extra to balance my rear tires.Service: Tire rotations

My friend who is very familiar with cars/auto went here and they basically didnt even do half the job of what was requested. They also used a slur/homophobic term towards my friend in spanish, not realizing that he understands the language. I see that there are other reviews regarding their lack of attentiveness towards their clients. Please do not support this shop.

>>> WARNING! NEGLIGENT STAFF - AVOID AT ALL COST <<< I brought my car to RS Tires to have a brand new tire and rim installed. They quickly installed the new tire and sent me on my way. The next morning I come outside to find my new tire completely flat. I returned to RS Tire and asked them to fix the leak and to compensate me for my new tire which needs to be REPLACED AGAIN AFTER ONLY ONE DAY OF USE due to the tire being IRREVERSIBLY DAMAGED as a result of this leak which was caused by THEIR INSTALLATION ERROR. They fixed the leak but said that they would not compensate me for a new tire. Now I have to buy another $100+ tire and pay a different shop to install it.
