Yesterday I went to pay at this store and the young woman who serves is angry and treats the customer badly. He told me that I am not his client and that he couldn't serve me just because I needed to cancel two tablets. Please improve customer service

. Not find my account bc she was on her head piece the whole time. I never had a sales person not be able to find my account . Dirty floors...terrible experience

Store was closed before 7pm on a Friday and it’s advertised as 8pm very inconvenient as we desperately needed to open a line and instead we had to go to boost mobile . Lost a customer for this inconvenience
