I sent paperwork to Miguel at this firm to complete my taxes well before the deadline, and at first he said he was working on them, then the deadline passed and he is no longer responding to emails and phone calls.

Had John look over previous taxes that was done by another tax preparer. John was gracious enough to offer his services without any charge. He gave me the solution to my problems and was very generous and professional. I would definitely do my taxes with JWR Financial Services next time and encourage others to do so as well.
