This place is the worst. Been there a few times. They never seem to find my veins. They are rude, arrogant, and very unprofessional. I go to the Hospital, and two minutes later I'm done, here I'm there more than 30 minutes. I get pricked four times and nothing. Then they get mad, like it's my fault Labcorp should put Profesional people instead of Incompetent Morans

Service is rubbish 2 people serving and ladies instead of taking care of their grandchildren and like more than 30 people waiting, you first check on the computer then they call you and you have to wait in another line to be served ridiculous

Bad attitudes here. If they hate their jobs they should quit. They should fire everyone here.
I came back today 1/2025 no change. Rude people. You're in customer service basically. Quit the job if you're unhappy. I'll be going to another LabCorp if they don't need my business.

I gave 3 stars because there’s a very tiny waiting area and there was no AC so the room was very hot. Had to wait outside. Recommend making an appointment instead of just walking in because you can be waiting for hours. I made an appointment for employee drug screen at 11:45, luckily I only waited about 10 minutes when I was called back. The tech I had was very nice and everything went smoothly just wish the facility had more seating and better organized.

They need to do better regarding the ventilation. It was to crowded for anyone to move and the waiting time is atrocious.

How is it going to be possible to open another location, but the system is pathetic, many people in a 15x8 room without air conditioning. Be serious, how are you and Labcorp's management sleeping?

I would never visit this place again! My experience has left me with bruised arms after five attempts of an unsuccessful bloodwork test.
