No organic fruits or vegetables. And there are gnats and bugs in the pastry/roll bins back of store … floor is dirty the place is run down and the prices are high?

Good alternative, I love the fact that they have fresh food, I just never buy my bread here.

They do not respect the prices on the signs...If it's wrong, was their mistake.

La placita is not bad to shop, but food prices there have gone up. I don't like cashiers there because they don't give me time to pack up my items and mix my stuff with other people behind me so I have to rush to put my stuff in my bags. The least that I like about this place is that the outside is enclosed from all sides I guess they are iron bars or protectors, but they were put in a way that big shopping carts can't get through there.

Love this little supermarket! But now they took the plastic bags, not you pay for papers I believe it was $.25 each, or $1 for a cloth one.

Always fresh produce at good prices as well as specials on various groceries and good selection of meat. They also sell beer. Small latin supermarket but usually not overcrowded.

Just when you think they won't have something, they do. You can find milk alternatives (oat and almond) and staple organic produce and food items. I went to get salt, and to my surprise, they had Himalayan Pink Salt! When the pandemic first hit, we couldn't get Whole Foods deliveries for months; they were open and provided us with everything we needed. Grateful to have them around the corner from us. If I want to cook Latin food, they have everything I need.
