Norma is the best Tax advisor in H&R block i have been doing my taxes since i was 19 years old and now i am 26 but i started with H&R block and had several advisors but Norma has given me the best service for these past 3 years! 3 years! I normally do my taxes with someone else every year because service is important to me but Norma has definitely exceeded my expectations, she treats you like family and cares about your needs. There is no rush and she is very open to scheduling appointments. I owe Norma a big Thank You for seeing me on the last day for filing my taxes!

I'm unsure if I'd return to H&R or another tax prep service that would be less expensive for the following year. The process was very quick, and I did appreciate that. I was frustrated that I asked for virtual, then repeatedly got calls to set an appointment, then received a text that an appointment had been set for me (without my consultation). I had to ask to go all virtual with the process.
