I genuinely feel like the person who did my tax return did the bare minimum. Paid $130 to only get back $270. There’s a bunch of things I could’ve gotten written off as a tax write off and I feel like she didn’t even attempt to get me more money back. Maybe it’s the location. TurboTax could’ve gotten me more money they ask if I had any moving expenses (which I moved and had receipts for everything )and she didn’t even bother to guide me through that. This is genuinely a disappointment I’ll never come back to H&R Block. AND TO MAKE THINGS FUNNIER IM NOT EVEN GOING TO GET A REAL RESPONSE BACK FROM SOMONE ITS GONNA BE A AUTOMATED RESPONSE. WORST EXPERIENCE IF I CAN GIVE LESS THAN A ONE STAR I WOULD!

The ladies were nice and efficient. I arrived early and they took me right away. Rosio Moncavo was my preparer. She explained every aspect of my return. I have been my own taxes since I was 15. With all this stimulus and IRS not processing paper tax forms quickly, H&R was the next best thing.
