Guy had me waiting for 2 hours for the 2nd time just for a bottle of wine. Ordered from here often. The deliveries would take like 25 minutes. I always tipped well. Out of nowhere they started lying saying that they would be on their way and wouldn’t show up. When we called, the guy would lie to my husband saying they were on their way. Then when I called, I guess he felt ballsy and told us they weren’t going to make deliveries and hung up. Very disappointed In their service. Better off ordering from the wine spot in NB their address is 2321 Kennedy Blvd north Bergen NJ

On Tuesday I placed an order for an expensive bottle to be delivered to my house. Everything was fine until their rude unprofessional and nasty driver called me..I tried explaining to him I could not go down the stairs because I was temporarily disabled from an accident and he became very rude and said things that was not his business. I actually had a very nice tip for the man but he wouldn't not bring my order up 1 flight of stairs. When I called the store back the staff was also very rude and hung up on me. I would not recommend this store. If I wasn't hurt I would have just walked to a store near me so I could be treated with respect not rude and nasty from this place.

I love going to this liquor store, the customer service is impeccable. The man in cashier always goes the extra mile to help me with anything I need. The spanish man that works there is also great and even helps me bring the bags to my car every time.

Terrible service. Just went in and asked a bottle Moscato. Came home and find out they gave us a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Went back to the store, owner opens the bottle and we explained it was not this we wanted but a bottle of Moscato. They said they could not replace it because the bottle was open now ! Viewed several high priced wines to... For example, Liberty Creek 1,5 liter bottles for 9,99. In Walgreens, Walmart and other stores you find these for $ 6,99, $ 5,99 or on sale for $ 4,99 ! Save your money, check prices and go elsewhere !!

I seriously enjoy going into Fragoso Liquor's they have a variety of different liquor beer and wine with excellent prices. Henry takes great care of his customers greeting them when they enter and leave. His wife is also very considerate to everyone and also genuinely care about their customers. Overall, Fragoso Liquor's is my go-to spot and I recommend it to people of all ages.

This review is favorable for Fragoso at 2613 Bergenline Avenue Union City New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel 07087. I am a middle-age beer-drinking American man living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel, which qualifies me to write this review. Additionally I prefer drinking outside to a bar, so I’m more likely to use a beer store than I am to use a bar. I have yet to get my first open-container police notice, so for now my drink-outside practice continues unabated. The beer is sold in my barrio almost exclusively by Patel Indians, and I sort of know which Patels are related to one another, and which Patels are strangers to one another. Ironically most Patels trace their roots to Gujarat which is a dry Indian state. Hetel is the el hefe of Fragoso, and he’s my favorite Patel. Even better than Manish, his brother. Each man is a liquor-merchant stud running effective profitable businesses. Both men work too hard, and as they age they must get better at vacationing. A warm-weather Mexican vacation should obligate swimming, but one of the brothers swims like a cat. Grazie Manish and Hetel you’re regular Fosters-drinking open-container-risking customer.
