Hi, had been Great experience with Rayan Vanlines and best interstate moving, The packets and boxes were nicely taped and microwave wrapped along with office chair. They were kind enough to repack some of items for no additional cost. The delivery and pickup dates were not followed strictly

Aryan moved us from Ct to Florida , so not hire the clowns, we received our dryer shipped sideways, plasma and led the packed in there sides when it was clearly labeled this side up, refrigerator shipped upside down, if the 140 boxes shipped, over 100 were crushed and it damaged, Best Interstate movers sub contracted these incompetent individuals, I have plenty of pictures it is clear these folks have no regard for you or your life possesdions. Do not trust Best Interstate Moving out of Boca Raton fla or Rayan van lines out of union city nj. Poor Communication, horrendous organization lacks skill.

All I can say is I felt like I was robbed. Less than 1 star. NEGATIVE I moved from NY to MA for the total of $7000.00. Only 2 pieces of furniture and it was all in a garage, no stairs no carrying just back the van up and load. Not ever having moved an entire household, garage and 23 years of a life I called a company I found on line called Interstate Movers and Relocation. I found out that they were a broker so they took their cut and farmed the actual move out. It was awful, traumatic and then they wanted 3000 in cash upon arrival of storage unit and asked for more of a tip for each driver. I really wanted to tell them to turn around and take everything back, but had the image of them opening the back of the truck on the Mass Pike and all my memories getting scared. Word to the wise. Moving is one of life's biggest stressors, but take the time to call several companies, read reviews and be wary.

Sent notice to BBB, who would inquired with the company at least twice. I understand the company is no longer in business under that name, and relocated to CA.
