“I have had 2 appointments this past month and have had great experienced with both Nurse Practitioners. They were thorough and efficient. I didn’t have to wait at all once I checked in or in the room for my exam. Lab results came back quickly. It is way to get an appointment online. They have very fair billing and even refunded me a fee from my insurance that was incorrect. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend or family!!”
“Great doctor since his passing I haven't found a doctor that I'm comfortable and happy with R.I.P DOCTOR G I went to him last year and he helped me with my depression anxiety and panic attacks. “I started going out of my way to Housing Works and at first felt a little odd about it because they take everyone.Employees of Housing Works are professionals and friendly right down to reception. I have had to walk in with little emergencies that weren’t bad enough for the hospital, but definitely needed immediate attention. They have always done their level best to take me and take care of my issue.I have always gotten the utmost professional attention from every Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric Doctor or Practitioner that works at Cylar House. Housing Works was formed by Keith Cylar with a mission to kindly handle the medical needs of many in New York during the AIDS crisis. But it has evolved into a place that makes me thrive, even though I do not have HIV.I have never received better medical attention by any medical practice anywhere in my life, and I’ve lived all over the States. No one can believe my true age and that’s due in large part to thriving under Housing Works affordable care.”
“This is one of the best Healthcare facilities i have been in, once you go in one time their memory lock you in so your next visit they remember you and great you with a smile. I really like how informative the staff are and helpful in giving you the correct information you need. Its a very busy facility but you get everything fast your results comes back to you in a day or two, you are late they still try to see you but if you are extremely late they still will see or give you another appointment. I love it there.”
“The pharmacy staff are always really nice and helpful, as are the people who deliver my meds.I wouldn't recommend trying to reach them via phone on Monday around 9am, any day during lunch hours or 4-5pm, and all day Friday, or you may experience long wait times on hold. Spent two hours on hold on a Friday over the course of five phone calls, all at very different times of day, ultimately spoke to no one. Had to call back on Monday. Boo.”

“Very happy with my new providers and Dr Chaudhry, making Appt is super easy and fast, the front staff and Medical Assistants are amazing when it comes to Patients care and very professional, when I need medication they always answer the phone and send it right away, if Dr. Chaudhry is out of the office and I have a question he always answer, the PA and NP very professional and always there for you when you have question, I feel like family!
