My fiancé and I have been to El Waterloo several times. We are preparing for our wedding in Puerto Rico. Ordering guayabera's and the traditional Caribbean hats for the groomsmen.
If you want old fashion excellent quality customer service-El Waterloo is the place to go.
They not only know their business- they are professional, pleasant and patient to understand your needs.
The salesperson-Kelly even saw that our granddaughter wanted to buy something and she showed us a guayabera Dress in pink!
Our granddaughter loved it and so did we. But was important is that Kelly was watching and listening.
Victor, the owner is amazing and we are so grateful for your help.

This store is the BOMB!! It has been around SINCE FOREVER! But if you want Cuban style hats, shirts, and other clothes, it is a must! They have wonderful service as well, and I’m not a fluent Spanish speaker. I took a visiting friend there and she had a blast buying things for her family. I can’t recommend this place enough for locals as well as put-of-towers wanting that quintessential local experience.

I was really stressing out after waiting to long to buy my son a suit for his 8th grade graduation,not to many places carry nice boys suits , I called my friends at El Waterloo , not only did they have the suit and size , but they had it tailored within 48 hrs , they saved me . Great people, ask for Victor or David, this father son team are on the money .
