wow is all I can say about my experience at El Encanto Furniture! As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with an enthusiasm that is rarely seen these days, the customer service is amazing and the employees are very attentive and always ready to serve. Every question i asked was answered professionally and with a quickness i did not expect, I was amazed by the amount of information I received from Yulissa the manager (excellent service btw). In short, my experience was great and I recommend everyone visit this magical store as soon as they can!

Horrible service! Very irresponsible when it comes to communicating and when they do communicate it’s always for bad news. My mother left a $300 deposit for a rug about two months ago which she’s yet to receive or hear anything from them, they always ignore her even though we see they are online via WhatsApp. They also send you whatever they wish…. Aside from the rug we are waiting upon, a few months ago they had already already sent us the wrong rug twice and there was nothing else we could’ve done or told them. Now I don’t doubt the same will happen with this second rug if we ever get it ? I definitely do not recommend this furniture store! You’re better off buying your furniture straight online with TOV which is where our furniture came from when we ordered with them.
