When I live in Cliffside Park New Jersey I used to go to the store all the time to pick up my screen they had the real scream real stainless steel screen now I live in New Milford Connecticut and you can't get a real screen in any store up here they don't know what the hell they're doing what sucks for me since I'm a pothead and when you have to change the screen and every other day kind of sucks

I love this place I've been going here since I was a teenager every time I'm in the area I stop in the owner and the staff are great ,was here almost 2 weeks ago Sebastian took care of me cool guy .I tell you check them out you will find something you like and will return to visit and make purchases again .

This place is incredible. I’ve been shopping here since 2017 and have always been satisfied with my purchases. Today I was assisted by Steph and Jenn who were both very kind and helpful with what I needed. These guys have been around since the 70s and know how to treat their customers like human beings. I’ve been to some smoke shops where they’re running straight scams in there. Not here. Shoutout to East & West!

This was my first time back in more than two decades. The staff now is even more helpful and professional as they were my first time there. Also, this is the kind of store where there is a huge variety of merchandise, so depending on what you need to buy, you are going to see a lot before you get to that particular section. The person who helped me had good energy and was very well-informed about the products about which I asked. I look forward to returning sooner than twenty years.

Very bad experience i got a product from this establishment and received it faulty they told me that they could do the return in seven days I came back and they didn't let me do it and then told me it was my fault for not coming the day the supervisor was there how am I supposed to know very bad experience scammed out of 45 dollars
