HORRIBLE customer service. OWNER was scolding my 65 year old mother for not saving a receipt. He confirmed he had a copy of the receipt but would have to look for it. He had my elderly mother going in and out of the business looking for the copy when all he had to do was some scrolling. I have a $100 credit with this store that he can truthfully keep because i refuse to furnish my new apartment with anything related to this business. Do NOT recommend. He also sells stuff you can find on amazon from the same manufacture for over 1/2 the price.

Compré un set de base y colchí³n que me vendieron como de 'buena calidad'. Nadie pudo usar el colchí³n porque cuando nos tirabamos encima se hundía y nos causaba un inmenso dolor de espalda. Mi esposo abrií³ el colchí³n y nos llevamos una sorpresa que era un colchí³n viejo que había sido 'maquillado' por encima porque los resortes estaban oxidados y no tenia forros ni espuma por eso el dolor de espalda porque los resortes nos torturaban. Yo nunca volveré a comprarles nada porque eso es desleal. No los recomiendo y es por eso que en ninguna tienda en la Bergenline Avenue se deben comprar colchones porque todo el mundo sabe que recogen los colchones viejos y los forran. Si quieren un colchon con garantía vayan a Ikea o cualquier otra tienda grande, reconocida y de renombre que te lo van a cambiar. Estos negocios de muertos de hambre te van a robar tu dinero.

Mi experiencia fue HORRIBLE!!!! Primero me cobraron doble! Por un futon! Despues me dijeron que si no imprimia el recibio no me habian cobrado! Y Eso no fue Cierto! Lo compre un sabado y me dijeron que si me Lo mandaban ese dia no me Lo podian armar. Espere hasta el lunes y el delivery me Lo dejaron en la casa sin armar! Me dijeron que si no daba propina no lo hiban ar armar!! Aunque Espere hasta el lunes por que me habian dicho que si esperaba me Lo armaran!! Yo siempre trato de comprar de Los negocios de mi ciudad pero esto fue la PEOR! Experiencia que yo he tenido!

When I called them to tell what they had done they asked me how I knew I was charged twice! I explained that I have an app. That I checked and saw they charged me twice. After 2 hours I finally called my bank and they! Removed the second charge! I purchased it on a Saturday and was told that if I wanted it delivered that day, They were unable to build it. So I waited until Monday and was told that if I didn't "tip" the delivery person they wouldn't build it. I was at this point extremely upset and told the owner I shouldn't have to tip. The owner told me I didn't have to and they would still build it! HOWEVER!!! When the delivery man dropped it off he told me he was informed that if I didn't "tip" him... to just drop it off and leave. Which is what he did! I am DISGUSTED!!! I always try to use the smaller business in my city. But I will NEVER again use them!!
