I have this place a try twice. Both times when I walked in I had to awkwardly stand around and wait to get greeted. The first time I went for a shaping and lamination. The lady that was doing my brows was talking during the service to her coworker and kept spitting everywhere it was gross. Despite that experience I still went in a second time for a shaping and tint. The lady told me she will leave the tint on for a few minutes and then wipe it off. She disappeared completely for over 15 minutes. When she finally came back to wipe off the tint I had sharpie brows. Giving the rating because they do know how to shape the eyebrow and it is very affordable. You can just walk in no appointment required. Wanted to love this place because of all the reviews but will not be returning.
