I went today at 1 to buy some baby’s supplies. The machine isn’t working it charged me twice for a baby bottle. I couldn’t prove it because the receipt didn’t print. The lady that was there to assist was rude and unhelpful.

Im very satisfy with the Customer Service from all the Staff at this particular CVS Store and pleased with all the articles/products placements and services this CVS Store offer to all his customers. Everything is well organized, neat and eye catching for the customer Eyes. All Staffs make you feel like family and thats something I appreciative, all staff are very attentive, diligent and super friendly and helpful. ? I LOVE MY LOCAL CVS STORE VERY MUCH!!
I would NOT change anything keep up the great work and team Leadership!

The worst service I have ever seen, I went to buy something and I had to leave because there was no one to open a stall the only one who did that was there during her break time after more than 20 minutes of waiting I left with nothing but They have no staff, they should not keep the products under lock and key.

This store needs to Answer the phone!I call and call put on hold for 15 minutes then they pick up and hang it up that's terrible!
Also it's been over 1 year now they REFUSE to allow customers to use the bathroom! They say it's BROKE but I know it's not because the cashier tells me they just don't want to have to clean it. And the don't want to keep giving out toilet paper because no one no staff member knows how the lock it into the toilet paper holder dispenser! This also is terrible especially for SENIORS who NEED the toilet waiting for a prescription that takes 40minutes to 1 hour to fill! Terrible
It's small and cramped area for pharmacy Staff but they MUST expand space and hire a SECOND PHARMACIST to move faster. It's a very good and very busy pharmacy we are greatful to have! But it needs these improvements soon! Thank Laura ? ? PRAY you fix these BIG ISSUES soon!

My daughter was having trouble breathing. They had 2 nebulizers in stock but would not sell me one. Thankfully a smaller local pharmacy had 1. CVS has lost a loyal customer.
