Horrible customer service @ the pharmacy. Very unprofessional approach when questions are asked. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE when a doctor is calling regarding a prescription. Terrible !

One of the worst stores I have ever encountered. They stole my pickup order and marked it as picked up. The manager is even worse, refuses to do anything and tells me to go ahead and file a complaint which I am doing right now. Stay away from this garbage dump of a store.

Fatal! Lines for pharmacies of up to half an hour because each person treats that place as if it were a doctor's office and the employees take their time to serve each person, the worst thing is the treatment of the customer...
Keep in mind that health in the USA is not free and medicines are very expensive! So treat your customers well!
I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:20pm with my mother to pick up her emergency medications. After so much trouble that if the insurance did not cover the cost of the nebulizer, then if they could fix it, they made my mother wait to tell her that she had to go to another pharmacy because in 4 minutes they were going to close and they were not going to be able to prepare the medicine. They told us to go to another CVS on 53rd that they were going to transfer the prescription there since in that
Location closed later.
My mother needs this medicine because she suffers from
Asthma and it is vitally important because he had just come out of Emergency. Definitely fatal attention! They have no professional ethics.
I went to the other pharmacy located at 53rd and Bergenline and of course they didn't give us the
Medication because they didn't have the prescription. I knew they weren't going to transfer it.
Awful! This is attacking the health of the
People! Tomorrow I'm going to look up the names of those “pharmacists” and I'm going to make the complaint to CVS directly.
